Let me start this review by saying that I wanted to schedule an appointment for the following week…read morebecause I was going out of town for Thanksgiving this week. I asked David Fox, the owner, for an appointment the week after Thanksgiving, but he insisted on an 8 AM appointment the day before Thanksgiving. I agreed because I wanted to get my electrical issues resolved ASAP. I waited around for a technician to arrive for over an hour, but no one ever arrived or called me. This really pissed me off because I didn't even want this appointment - the owner suggested and insisted on it. When I called Fox Family Electric and spoke to David Fox, he told me that he "completely forgot" due to how busy they had been that morning. Seriously? I can not believe the unprofessionalism. Do NOT call these electricians if you want someone to actually show up. They will push you into an appointment and then kick you to the curb. Completely shocked by how unprofessional and unreliable this business is.
