In short, I would have loved to have given them 5 stars and received a free item but my Yelp integrity means more to me than that. We had already purchased most of the flooring from a lumber liquidators in a different city and were in Tucson so decided to stop by and purchase a few more of the exact same flooring. (24 additional feet to be exact). What should have been a 5 minute stop was a solid 30 - 40 minutes of being ignored by the staff member. Granted there was only 1 staff person for the entire showroom and ordering. But, he spent the time walking another customer around and explaining different types of flooring - helping him browse rather than saying, "Please continue to browse while I help this other customer. I will return momentarily to answer any further questions." Helping us then going back to the other customer. Further, he was wearing an AirPod in one ear. Yes, I am positive it was not a hearing device. Yes, I am positive it was not for answering calls. How do I know it wasn't for answering calls? The phone calls kept coming in and ringing off the hook on the main line - not silently on his AirPod headphone. Side note, the calls were not answered. The prices and products at Lumber Liquidators are worth the hassle of the customer service. I write this review not to speak badly of the single employee covering the entire showroom and ordering center - but to alert management that their current employee needs help - he needs training and there needs to be more staff to assist him.

The installer had his wife walk the condo and then when he came to do the job he did not know what he supposed to do. Furthermore they expected us to pay more to fix their mistake. Hiram who manages the store does not care in the least that his installer has walked off our job. Leaving a half finished business even though they have been paid my next step is to take them to the Better Business Bureau. When we took them to corporate the entire store became unprofessional. We had no other option because the installer was not there to do the job there was no other recourse. Mind you the installer has no assistant he arriv to work on a project at 10 AM and leaves at 3:30. Who does that???? Beware!!
