I had an additional 315 square feet flooring installed in another room in my home by LL Flooring. I placed the order in April but the job was not started until the middle of July. A THREE month delay! Once again, the delay was a result of not having a couple pieces of trim in stock. I dealt with the bulk of my order sitting in my home's foyer for over 5 weeks waiting for trim to arrive. When everything finally arrived, the installer called and agreed to begin installation on 7/15/21 at around 8:00am. He was a no show that morning!!! I called him at 11:30am on 7/15 asking where he was! He told me he did not have anything scheduled for that day!!! Finally, realizing his mistake he said he would arrive ASAP. His crew of four men did show up around 1:00pm and worked a few hours...quitting at 5pm that day. I was stuck at home all day... mostly just waiting for them. They did return the next morning and worked for THREE more days to install 315 square feet of flooring in one room!!! My previous flooring installation was for 475 square feet of flooring. One man completed that job in two rooms in two days! ( except for the trim that was shorted from the order) This installer told me installation took so long because the flooring supplied by LL Flooring was twisted, which slowed the speed of installation. ( Quality issues???) On the last installation day (a Sunday!) for this most recent job, one man showed up to complete the job and clean the hardwood floors...which were covered in dirty fingerprints and glue. He did a great job cleaning the hardwood floors.,. but left my foyer tile floors filthy with dirt and covered with glue footprints from the workers shoes after they stepped in glue while installing the wood floors. Also, the unused flooring pieces were simply left thrown in a pile by my front door. As a contrast, my previous installer collected the flooring cardboard packing, rebuilt the boxes and carefully placed the surplus flooring in the rebuilt boxes. He then secured the boxes with packing tape so I could easily store the boxes. I spent over 8 hours rebuilding the cardboard boxes, packing up the surplus wood flooring and cleaning up the dried glue footprints ( NOT EASY) and dirt tracked into my home by the 4 installers. I was pissed off!!! I made a complaint with LL flooring and when the installer called me to make arrangements for me to sign off on the job, so he could get paid, I chewed him out royally. To his credit he absorbed my not so nice complaining and apologized. He agreed to help me return the surplus flooring to the store for a credit. He acknowledged he messed up by not supervising his crew more closely and would learn from this experience. As for the new flooring, it looks beautiful...now. It was just another long journey with LL Flooring to get to this point. For potential customers reading this review, LL Flooring sells good quality hardwood flooring. However, it has lots of room for improvement in its installation dept's work ethic, scheduling and getting all its sold materials to customers in a timely manner. The store crew was helpful when dealing with me and the many issues that arose with this second job. Ultimately I am satisfied with how my 790 square feet of flooring from LL Flooring looks in my home. It was just too much of a journey to give them any more than a three star rating. read more

At the register there is a sign that reads, "Give us 5 stars on Yelp or google and receive a free product." In short, I would have loved to have given them 5 stars and received a free item but my Yelp integrity means more to me than that. We had already purchased most of the flooring from a lumber liquidators in a different city and were in Tucson so decided to stop by and purchase a few more of the exact same flooring. (24 additional feet to be exact). What should have been a 5 minute stop was a solid 30 - 40 minutes of being ignored by the staff member. Granted there was only 1 staff person for the entire showroom and ordering. But, he spent the time walking another customer around and explaining different types of flooring - helping him browse rather than saying, "Please continue to browse while I help this other customer. I will return momentarily to answer any further questions." Helping us then going back to the other customer. Further, he was wearing an AirPod in one ear. Yes, I am positive it was not a hearing device. Yes, I am positive it was not for answering calls. How do I know it wasn't for answering calls? The phone calls kept coming in and ringing off the hook on the main line - not silently on his AirPod headphone. Side note, the calls were not answered. The prices and products at Lumber Liquidators are worth the hassle of the customer service. I write this review not to speak badly of the single employee covering the entire showroom and ordering center - but to alert management that their current employee needs help - he needs training and there needs to be more staff to assist him. read more

This is a business that I caution everyone to stay away from. They do a complete bait and switch beware they have only one elderly installer. The installer had his wife walk the condo and then when he came to do the job he did not know what he supposed to do. Furthermore they expected us to pay more to fix their mistake. Hiram who manages the store does not care in the least that his installer has walked off our job. Leaving a half finished business even though they have been paid my next step is to take them to the Better Business Bureau. When we took them to corporate the entire store became unprofessional. We had no other option because the installer was not there to do the job there was no other recourse. Mind you the installer has no assistant he arriv to work on a project at 10 AM and leaves at 3:30. Who does that???? Beware!! read more

We went through their contractor OB with OJ's Flooring and they installed three different color grout, they had to remove the grout and in the process damaged more than 60 tiles so our brand new floor needs to be replaced not only did they damage the tiles they tried to hide the damage with a brown stain. We've started a warranty claim but corporate office won't return our calls or respond to the email even though we've given them all the documentation they requested we've pretty much been abandoned by LL flooring. read more

This is a crooked outfit. The engineered bamboo flooring product that we purchased started to buckle after it was installed. An inspector from the warranty company came to our home to inspect it said that it was a manufactured defect. Lumber Liquidators states that because the humidity was to low in our house and that this is something they will not cover. They have done nothing to help us with this product and have not stood by anything they promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone or spend any money with this business again. The sales associate I worked with was very patient and helpful. I received good information regarding both products and installation. Besides the great discount offerings during Thanksgiving holiday, the associate even saved me almost another one thousand dollars by helping me optimize my purchase list. Stay Away! I bought my wood floor here and they installed it through Floor One. It was ridiculously expensive, so I thought the job would turn out perfect and I would be left with perfect, gleaming, wood floors. Boy, was I wrong. I was left with glue on every surface of my home, dings in my walls, appliances scraped, scratched and coated with glue. My wood floor, which they scratched, gouged and scraped, still has glue on it, which has ruined the finish. I am so terribly disappointed as this was my first remodel and after a life changing circumstance, I was looking to begin anew. This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The job was late in starting, late in finishing and the workmen I had to deal with were condescending, unprofessional and downright insulting at times. The owner of the company finally called after I had given up and absolutely did not want one more person from this company in my home. Too little, too late. People still come into my home and remark that they can see glue left on my floor. I am constantly scraping it up with my thumbnail day in and day out, every single day. This business is absolutely toxic and I suggest that you find another company to work with. Update: It's now 3 months since my wood floor was put down and I'm still scraping up glue. That's not the worst of it, though. The floorboards have started to pop up! I just can't believe the terrible workmanship of this company! read more

I purchased $3,800 worth of wood from this Lumber Liquidators store. After I had it installed one of the thresholds kept popping up. I called the store to tell them I thought it was a defective piece and would like a replacement. They told me I'd have to pay for it because my contractor used it. They offered to discount the $50 piece, but I don't feel like I should have to pay for a defective piece of wood. The assistant manager said that was their policy and couldn't budge and that I should call the customer care number, which sounds like they were just trying to get rid of me. Sad that getting a customer to repay for a faulty piece of wood is more important than keeping a repeat customer. I think I will use Home Depot next time. read more

Got a quote over the phone; drive 20 minutes to the store; the guy at the cash register refused to honor the quote, stating it was probably given by a guy who was in the back stocking. Told him it is unethical to quote a price over the phone and then refuse to honor it. He shrugged. read more

Something wrong with their order and delivery system. Twice the delivery did not come thru at all. Third time, only part of it. Fourth time, delivered but it was the wrong color. Then they asked my contractors to pick up the right color. Sheesh. Never again. read more
