She helped us coordinate our signature drinks, gave us recommendations for amount and types of alcohol based on our guest count and our 'type' of drinkers (aka heavy drinkers), and the coordination was so easy from beginning to end. Top notch service the day of, with both of our bars flowing smoothly. My only critique at the end of the night was that the table side wine pours during dinner were on the light side. CJ explained that they do this to try and avoid waste, as some people will conveniently fill up and never drink their wine (or drink too much), but that she would bring it up with the staff on our day. We provided many of these ingredients in labeled boxes. They did not include any of the ingredients, leaving our watermelon signature cocktail with only vodka and aloe liquor. When we asked where the ingredients were, their response was I don't know. They didn't even bother to ask anyone where the rest of the ingredients were. Eventually, by the time cocktail hour was over, they included the entire recipe. They didn't have any water. Their staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. I contacted them via their website about 8 weeks before my wedding and I was glad they still had someone available on busy Labor Day Weekend. CJ handled all the email correspondence and replied back fast and throughly answering all of my little questions. We spoke on the phone for about 30mins to go over all the final details and her advice was EXTREMELY helpful since I didn't have a wedding coordinator and was trying to calculate how much booze, wine and beer to buy. I especially appreciated the simple online contract/payment system (Honeybook). Also, I got quotes from a few other local bar tending vendors and Copper & Crystal was by far the best package deal and easiest to communicate with - so it was a simple decision and I am really glad I went with them! On the day of the wedding, Luke showed up on time ready to go! For our daughter's wedding, we had rented Betty the Bubbly Cart, from Three on the Tree Rentals as a mobile bar. To our good fortune, Copper and Crystal were included as the Bartenders for not only the Cart, but also two other bars that were set up. CJ was very easy to work with and helpful in creating the signature cocktails. Her estimates for beer, wine and and alcohol were spot on. I found this impressive because we had a variety of drinkers and we found it hard to gauge just what or how much our guests would drink.
