    We love Holly!

Dr. Noriega is the BEST AROUND. My daughter just started treatment and is so excited. She looks forward to every visit. Dariona has been our assistant during visits- her kindness and patiences make each visit memorable! Lauren and Holly are AMAZING as well- very informative and kind. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my daughters smile!! -Kite Family

My daughter's crooked grin is one of the endearing parts of her that is slightly imperfect but very cute. During our last visit to the dentist, I was told this smile would have to change. Her cross bite and the adult teeth coming in might be cute but they needed to be looked at by an orthodontist. This is news no parent wants to hear. Our regular dentist referred us to Copper Creek Orthodontics and we were scheduled to see Dr. Virginia Noriega. After a short, complimentary consultation, Dr. Noriega said my little girl may need braces in the future but not now. She gave us a dental appliance that my daughter is supposed to wear at night and for an hour during the day. She took time to explain things to me and said she'd see us back in a year to see what work might need to be done. Dr. Noriega was kind, helpful and informative. Her receptionist was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable in the office as we arrived and as we were leaving. The office was very clean and well designed. All together, it was a pleasant experience in a setting where you typically receive pretty bad news. My daughter still has her crooked grin. More than likely, we'll be back to see Dr. Noriega when it is time to fit her for braces. That crooked smile won't be around much longer but I feel confident that Dr. Noriega will do her best to make sure my daughter's transition time will be as painless as possible.

My daughters are very happy with Coppercreek Orthodontics!

It was just that I didn't like how my teeth showed when I smiled. I visited 3 other orthodontists, and decided to choose Finesse Orthodontics for the following reasons: 1)Dr. Huynh has good academic credential 2)Friendly and professional 3)Office is very clean (I am impressed by how the office is managing COVID-19....patient chairs are completely covered with plastic and changed after each patient - something simple to keep everyone safe) 4)Staff is friendly and professional 5) Reasonable fee. I am nearing the end of my treatment and I must say I am very pleased with the results. I will consider Finesse Orthodontics for my children if they need braces. I almost didn't make it to Fair Lakes Family Dentistry…read more I accidentally drove to the wrong dental office first--one where I had previously had a very unpleasant experience. Sitting in my car, I already felt the anxiety building because dental visits can be nerve-racking for me. When I checked my appointment again, I realized I was actually scheduled at Fair Lakes Family Dentistry, so I drove over hoping this experience would be different. The moment I walked in, the beautiful lobby and welcoming staff immediately shifted the tone. A.D., the dental assistant, called me back and introduced herself with such warmth that my guard began to lower. Our conversation felt natural and calming, which helped me relax before the appointment even began. Then I met Corey, the dental hygienist. When he spoke, I noticed his accent and asked where he was from. When he said Memphis, I smiled instantly--because I'm from Memphis too, born and raised. That small moment of connection turned what could have been a stressful appointment into something much more human. Corey listened as I shared my past dental concerns and experiences. His empathy, patience, and attentiveness made me feel like a person, not just a patient. As a counselor, I deeply value when professionals create a space where someone feels seen, heard, and respected. Corey did exactly that. Even during the procedure, everything was handled with gentle care and reassurance. Instead of feeling tense the entire time like I normally do at the dentist, I actually felt safe. If you're someone who feels nervous about dental visits, I highly recommend Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. Their team truly understands that caring for people means caring for more than just their teeth. Thank you especially to A.D. and Corey for making such a meaningful difference in my experience.

I wonder the type of dentists they have there because ours, instead of examine and care for us, she spent 90% of her time with us trying to scare and prssure us into spending thousands with them from deep clearning to bone loss therapist. A harmful experience for my 80 years old mom- Before signing…read morethe initial contract, the clinic used a computer screen to present pricing and represented that surgery, a healing/temporary denture, and related services would cost approximately $12,000, with a future fixed implant option priced at approximately $30,000 (total approximately $42,000). We were later informed that financing for the full $42,000 was not approved. The clinic reduced the plan to approximately $12,000 so treatment could proceed. Based on this representation, the $12,000 contract was signed. Surgery was performed; however, the healing/temporary denture was not provided at the time of surgery, despite prior representations that it would be placed the same day. After surgery, the clinic withheld the healing denture and stated it would only be provided after I signed a new or expanded contract. I was then informed the fixed implant price increased from approximately $30,000 to approximately $70,000. When I stated this was unaffordable, a $30,000 removable denture was proposed instead. I refused to sign any new contract. No permanent denture or implant treatment was authorized or accepted. Because I refused the second contract, my 80-year-old mother has been left without teeth for over two months, causing physical weakness and emotional distress.
