At my first visit Dr Song addressed my concerns of the ownership change right away and she even offers me warranty on my previous filling with previous owner. Dr Song is very nice and patient and she never tried to cross sell unnecessary treatments. She would provide options pros and cons and let me choose my own treatment plan, she is honest and transparent with the process. She is very fun to chat with as well, great bedside manner. Also the wait is always short and the staffs are all friendly, there are free drinks in waiting area and little goodie bag upon departure, what not to like?

A harmful experience for my 80 years old mom- Before signing…read morethe initial contract, the clinic used a computer screen to present pricing and represented that surgery, a healing/temporary denture, and related services would cost approximately $12,000, with a future fixed implant option priced at approximately $30,000 (total approximately $42,000). We were later informed that financing for the full $42,000 was not approved. The clinic reduced the plan to approximately $12,000 so treatment could proceed. Based on this representation, the $12,000 contract was signed. Surgery was performed; however, the healing/temporary denture was not provided at the time of surgery, despite prior representations that it would be placed the same day. After surgery, the clinic withheld the healing denture and stated it would only be provided after I signed a new or expanded contract. I was then informed the fixed implant price increased from approximately $30,000 to approximately $70,000. When I stated this was unaffordable, a $30,000 removable denture was proposed instead. I refused to sign any new contract. No permanent denture or implant treatment was authorized or accepted. Because I refused the second contract, my 80-year-old mother has been left without teeth for over two months, causing physical weakness and emotional distress.

Another concern is the constant staff turnover. Over the years, I've had three different hygienists, which makes the office feel very inconsistent and unorganized. RUN BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED…read more I emailed them to get a quote for Vivera retainers and was quoted $700 (+$59 "evaluation"). However, what I received were Essix retainers. When I showed them the email, they said it's just a misunderstanding. Great! A dental office misunderstood between retainers made by Invisalign and retainers made in their lab. Not to mention, my Essix cracked after 1.5 months and they said it's due to grinding. However, I had worn my aligner for almost 2 months without issues. They suggested a $250 nigh guard, but didn't answer whether it could function as a retainer. They said if they provided Vivera, it would crack as well. But as I researched, Vivera is much more durable, that's why I chose Vivera at the beginning. Even if you're considering Essix, please get a quote from several dentists. I promise you'll love yourself for doing so. They charged me another $500 for removing attachments. I didn't have time to research because they asked me to sign immediately and didn't quote that in the email. Just wanna let you know that other dentists do it for around $200. After arguing for 1 day, they refunded $700 (not $759) upon Essix's return. I could have lost that amount if I called. Please email/text so you can keep proof.

The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. I also had some bonding done (which I am very pleased with) and plan on getting more cosmetic work here in the future. :)
