Jesse was quick to respond and we set us an appointment to bring my knives to him and wait while he did his work. He is set up in the garage of his home and we were blown away by the organization and professional set up Jesse has! It was a tad of a drive but this is our new place for sharpening! I even bought a knife sharpener where you drag the blade through the metal cross. Nothing! I thought well I'll just buy a wet stone and make a new edge. I looked up videos and was like yeah right there's no way I'm gonna be able to find the time to get it how I want. I really thought it might be a long shot to find someone that would sharpen the set. Sure enough I found P.J. and man he did a great job. He's a craftsman a perfectionist and has a passion for sharpening. He was able to pick up the knives and bring them to me when he was done. It only took a day. He said the blades never had an edge on them. In fact he says he's noticed a lot of sets don't come sharp anymore. All the more reason to call him if you're tired of your eyes watering when cutting an onion. I no longer have that problem. I chop through an onion with ease.
