He is set up in the garage of his home and we were blown away by the organization and professional set up Jesse has! It was a tad of a drive but this is our new place for sharpening! I brought my knife that I…read moreacid washed and stone washed myself because I wanted to take it to a "professional" to be sharpened, Well let me tell you this is not the place! they look legit but wow they did a dog shit job went way to far up on the grind completely ruining my acid washed blade. I had to acid wash it again to fix my finish wasted my time completely! perhaps there are decent sharpeners who work there but do not let the Arab guy sharpen your blade.
