My knives needed sharpening so bad and my old guy is no longer available so after a quick Yelp search, landed with Razor Sharp. Jesse was quick to respond and we set us an appointment to bring my knives to him and wait while he did his work. He is set up in the garage of his home and we were blown away by the organization and professional set up Jesse has! It was a tad of a drive but this is our new place for sharpening! Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and was a delight to talk with. He had our knives done in about 20 minutes and was meticulous to details! Fair price for the 5 knives he sharpened! We had some good knives that needed sharpening so I called him. This was one of the best decisions I have made in years. Our only problem is now we have to be very careful as the knives are sharper than they wee when they were new. He is very courteous, easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. I have a very nice knife set from Germany that hadn't been sharpened since purchased (1990). Jesse did a great job sharpening them plus two scissors. Dull Knives!! I have a set of Wusthof Knives that were dull and had not been sharpened for about 3 years. I found Jessie on YELP and then looked him up on several home sites. I contacted Jessie with Razor Sharp and explained to him that I had 10-15 various use knives. We settled on a price. I dropped them off Friday afternoon. Saturday late morning Jessie called and let me know they are ready to be picked up!!! When I picked them up, the knives were in a quality blade protector. I couldn't wait to get home and try them out. Cooking with a sharp knife makes things so much easier!! I would definitely use Jessie again for all my sharpening needs. I was looking for someone to come show my friends and I how to properly sharpen our knives. I contacted Jesse to see if this is something he could do (since he already does in home sharpening). Jesse came and prepared an amazing class for us and explained all of the different sharpening techniques, tools, and gave us hands on instructions.
