My partner and I booked a couples facial and massage and ended up spending nearly five hours at the retreat--it was worth every minute. They were incredibly communicative from the moment we booked. The atmosphere was so inviting and comforting. The lady at the front who greeted me was very welcoming and kind. Keena was an absolute gem. That was the best Pedicure I've ever had. I dont plan on going anywhere else. My only suggestion is to put a rail on the front steps. I was wearing new glasses and I felt unstable going up and down. I would give Stephanie at The Copper Well a million stars if I could. I have had chronic neck pain every single day for over two years. I have visited a chiropractor, bought expensive pillows and bed, tried physical therapy - literally everything I could think of. I had just resigned to believing that it was something I would just have to deal with. Within 1 hour, Stephanie had determined the problem (unknowingly clinching my jaw) and relived the pain. The relief I felt was so overwhelming I couldn't stop crying. I hadn't even remembered what it felt like to not have the pain. I will be a customer for life! They always greet me at the front and are really responsive when calling to book or rebook. My wife and I wanted to get a couples massage for Valentine's Day. We did the Chocolate Hot Stone Special. When we arrived, we were taken back to a locker room and told to change into robes. Then we waited in the green room full of Crystals. There's a giant bowl of salt in the middle of the room. The water was strange because one had an Amethyst inside it. The other jug was green and said Chlorophyll. We both would have preferred bottled water because we were both very thirsty. Then we waited about 15 minutes for our therapists to come get us. We wore socks, because online it said we would be outside in a yurt. (It was 32 degrees out when we left for our appointment today.) It was never mentioned that it was temperature controlled. It was pleasantly warm inside and our massage tables had heated blankets. Flow was very attentive to all my wife's trouble areas. I would say the entire experience for me was about average. We received two roses and some chocolate when we left. read more

I called in a Friday afternoon for a Saturday facial appointment. They had an immediate opening Saturday morning! I came for a custom facial and it exceeded all of my expectations! Aracely was phenomenal. She listened to my skin concerns and customized a facial for me. She gave me some tips on how to keep a great skincare regimen as well. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxed that I could have stayed all day. The changing room has lockers to keep your belongings after you change into your robe and slippers. You also offered tea or water while you wait. I have never had a facial so tailored or that the esthetician took her time and I did not feel rushed. I will definitely have to come back for other spa treatments! read more

Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Polly gave me an hour facial. It was wonderful and she was super helpful answering my questions on skin care. My face looked radiant afterwards. Would definitely go back. James gave me an hour long essential oils massage. I had just been crystal digging the day before and was very sore in my neck and back. James very successfully released those tight muscles so that I was very relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend getting a massage from James. read more

Kristin Allen is a miracle worker. After a very long flight to Little Rock I found myself not being able to turn my head without extreme pain, but after 90 minute deep tissue massage with Kristin I could move it again. Had a friend coming to visit who wanted a spa experience. We looked at all that were available and settled on Copper Well because of a specific massage they offered. They also have a infrared sauna that sounded interesting. Not only did we not receive the services posted in the package, the front desk staff didn't seem to know that the package was offered on their website. There were no instructions on the use of the sauna or what to expect. I got lightheaded and had to get out of it with 20 minutes left in my session because it was so hot. The massage therapist coughed and sniffed and didn't wear a mask. He also didn't listen to my answers to questions he asked. I had a headache for three days afterward. The facility is nice but the communication process needs a lot of work. There was more that happened but this is enough. read more

I just came home from a lovely hour at Copper Well Retreat and I highly recommend it! I had the full foot soak and it was an extremely relaxing experience. The soak included warm water in a copper bowl (salts, dried flowers, powdered milk and oils were added to the water while I watched), a foot scrub, foot oil, hot tea made to order, flavored water and a small tray of healthy snacks. Prior to today I considered myself a worldly woman, having a vast range of experiences over what has been merely around three decades. I've since questioned everything I know, after my trip to Copper Well today. I was scheduled for what I was led to believe was a simple one hour massage. What I experienced at the hands of a man named Corey was so metamorphic I believed it to be an act of God herself, while also so purely satisfying it felt indecent. I should begin this story at the top, with some crystal infused water I was given and my trip to the yurt. Yes, you read that correctly. After changing into my robe and rubber flip flops, which far exceed the standard ones that usually resemble the accessories provided by Bureau of Prisons, I was escorted to a yurt, which is detached from the building, for my massage. Upon booking, our group had been made aware of a table shortage at our preferred time, and we accepted the option of a massage in the yurt. I am glad I did, as this eclectic setting was perfect for the near religious experience I went on to have. After a brief assessment, we did the "usual song and dance" of a moment to derobe and then Corey returned. I should have prefaced this by saying, I told Corey several key details: (1) my lower back is terrible; (2) pretty much do whatever; and (3) you can't hurt me. Corey knew he wasn't dealing with easy case or a massage novice. He began by make sure I was comfortable, and then began. After working on my shoulders, they lowered the furthest they have since probably third grade, before I knew the burdens of the world. Both baffled and delighted, he took on the task of my lower back. I was lost in a haze of relaxation when Corey pulled out all of the stops. I can't even remember it all, as I believe I blacked out at some point but I know at some point a massage gun, cups, and some medal stick. At one point my leg was bent back, somehow over his knee, and with my foot in his hand. Trying to explain the events is like trying to describe a miracle, to put words to something indescribable. The massage ended with a head, arm, and neck massage. By the end, I was a wiser woman, having attained a higher consciousness, with the stress of a thousand lifetimes having melted away. As Corey told me he had completed his task, I explained it was the best massage I've ever had. He had the audacity to then utter "I hear that a lot" and let me tell you, I have not a single doubt about that. Copper Well is an oasis of peace and reflection. Corey himself is perhaps a myth, a mere dream, or perhaps a miracle himself. read more
