Wonderful 1hr couples massage from head to toe for $139. Water bottles given at end. We got our appointment the same day we called which is great. Very respectful and friendly staff who ensured we had our temperatures checked and recorded and masks on with sanitization accordingly. Needed a massage, had over 100 in Texas so my first stop in Arkansas? Dream Spa! I used Yelp/Google/Tripadvisor to get the average highest rating for a massage in this town and it happened to be Dream Spa. No waivers to sign, no fuss, and if you walk right in they usually have someone available to get you right in, now that is epic. Friendly owner, and friendly, masseuse's, it did the trick to get the back knots I had worked out. This isn't an all day spa, the prices are a tad high for quality but if you need a 30 minute or hour massage after work and don't want to deal with hassle this is your spot, I'll be back here soon. read more

The absolute worst massage I've ever had. I left with my arms bruised and swollen because the "therapist" decided to use all of her strength on my forearms. I told her it hurt and to stop but because she didn't speak English, she just kept going. I asked her to work on my right side (neck, upper back and upper arm), she spent all her time on my left side with the exception of the 45 min she spent injuring my forearms. She didn't touch the right side of my neck at all. I have had countless deep tissue massages and understand there will be some soreness but my arms turned bright red, swollen and bruised within ten minutes of me leaving. Absolute lawsuit worthy pain! This place was amazing! I was visiting my Mom from California and we stumbled upon this gem and couldn't have been more pleased. From booking the appt with the owner, to arriving and immediately being brought back to our room, everything was super smooth and a great experience. Our masseuses were really skilled and found all of my spots in my back and neck without me having to tell her! The owner also was very nice and genuine too, so all in all 5 stars! I went to the Rodney Parham location. The worst experience I've had. We had a couple's massage and one was on the phone off and on during it. I would not recommend. I was also asked to give a larger tip than what I had originally left (see below there are more with this experience, just wish I had read those sooner). They are really easy to schedule with and I've used probably all of the therapist there and they are all great. I love being able to walk-in and be seen right away. That is hard to come by at most massage and spas. It's not a fancy place to spend a " spa day" but the work is good! They have all your basic massages and a few other techniques. read more

One of the best massages I have ever received! I was pleasantly surprised. The owner is extremely nice and inviting. He truly wants every customer to have a good experience. I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was worth every penny. I needed some work done since I workout 6 days a week and she got into the right spots to relieve soreness and pain. Very friendly customer service, clean, and quiet. The prices are competitive with other places. Maybe $10 more but honestly you get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back. read more

Ok so it does not look that great from the outside. However looks can fool you. It's worth it. They offer 2 hour and 3 hour massages. My husband and I got the couple's massage deep tissue. My husband purchased a $70.00 massage for me for our anniversary. He paid online, yet I was still asked for payment upon finishing. They also asked me if I wanted to give a tip. I told her that I would in the amount of 20%. She informed me that it would be $15.00. I informed her that was okay, but upon looking at my bank statement I noticed that they took out $30.00 instead of $15.00. This was my first massage ever and my last one at this location. I did the math myself and came up with $14.00. I would have been okay with the $15.00, but not doubled that amount.They are crooks. read more

Zero stars. I went to the location on Cantrell. Horrible place. I would not recommend going there. Let me just start with one of the worst things, She answered a phone call during the massage.. that's really not relaxing... to top that off, she stepped out to yell down the hallway a couple times, and her and a coworker in the next room were talking through the wall IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASSAGE. I TRIED to find something that went good about this whole experience to redeem my opinion of this unprofessional establishment while I was laying there, and there was just nothing. When I very first got there we had a problem, not a huge deal but they didn't have me on the schedule (which was a mess of sticky notes on the desk) after my husband calling scheduling and prepaying for my massage days ago, whatever. Not a huge deal they brought me back anyways. She let me in the room and left to let me dress down.. She took at the VERY LEAST 10 more minutes to come back after I had undressed and got on the table. It was just an all around bad massage. It was like a bone massage instead of tissue and muscles. She used her sharp knuckles and elbows and finger tips it was very painful, even when she would go lighter. I mean bone on bone never feels good no matter how light! read more

I wouldn't go back to this place for a massage. The massage wasn't awful but I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I get massages regularly and have gotten them all around the world, never have I wanted to get off the table and leave more than at this place. The lady left the door open during my massage so I could hear everything in the lobby and also she had the sheets over me so I was very exposed/uncomfortable. I had to ask her to shut the door because I was laying there with practically my whole body exposed and the door open. It had such great views online that I was excited to give it a shot but the entire time I was there I kept thinking "oh my goodness I bet it got such great reviews because maybe it's one of those "happy endings" type places." Never offered a happy ending (thank goodness) but the lack of privacy, professionalism, and appearance of the spa had me questioning the establishment the entire time. Always a great massage here. And one of the best parts is that they can always get you in same day or the next. I always go with my husband and get a couple's massage. Today was one of the best (Angela and Cindy). At other places, sometimes they treat couples massages as "relaxation" and don't really focus on my trouble spots, but that's not an issue here.
