There could have been communication about not being able to replicate the bouquet I requested. I'm extremely disappointed that the florist did not bother to reach out to me about substituting other flowers or even selecting a different bouquet altogether. Instead, the florist chose to put together a thing of wilted, dying petal-less flowers that was underwhelming to say the least. I paid $75 for this! My business will be taken elsewhere next time.

Never a hint of what the negative guy says he was seeing. Sometimes you get what you give? I was on a long solo bike trip in 1988, and I pulled a rear spoke somewhere west of Rapids. I limped the bike into Campus Cycle and Karl was on it immediately and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. I still ride that bike, and it still has one black wheel and one silver. Whenever I do some maintenance, I am reminded of that day. Good to hear Karl is still in the mix.

Looking back I can't imagine wanting to ever leave. Actually I never did. But I leave I did, and I mourned it for the first decade. Then during the middle of the second decade I ceased to miss aspects and eventually came 'round to mourning it again, but for entirely unexpected reasons. But yesterday I reached into my 500Gb hard drive and scooped out a selection of CDs to cram inside my iPod Classic to listen to on a drive to a distant city called Plover (I like to childishly call it P Lover) for what was to be a single trip for work. It turned into two days, which wasn't a bad thing. During the drive I broke out Stoner Witch, The Melvins 90s major label disc. Listening to that in my very awesome new Pioneer car stereo was way better than my nice but not sturdy home speakers. So upon todays end of workday I wanted to find a used Cd store or a thrift store that might have something cool. Instead I found an awe inspiring little store that's chock full of EVERYTHING, that is if everything is rock music related. I didn't bother to look at the possibility they might also sell schlocky country music by crappy rock musicians that decided to go the so wrong right wing GOP path to Ooops. I wandered into the wrong thought. I found a place that is so awesome I will make this area a destination instead of only a place to stop for a whiz or perhaps because work brought me. GO! Don't hesitate. Radio Kaos Records is f'n the place!

We went to Mattress Firm in Plover yesterday & we were shopping for my son & girlfriend's college…read moreapartment. First of all the manager Chris Huefer was more than helpful. He explained all of the options, comfort levels, etc. We let him know that these kids were sleeping on the floor, soo he was able to get an opening for a Thursday delivery verses Saturday! We also let him know that they were poor college students & he gave them additional 10% off of the sale price & offered them free delivery to Stevens Point. This was all wonderful...but the most important part of our visit was when my son accidentally overpaid Chris Heufer an additional $20-$25... As my son wasn't aware of & Chris recounted the money & said "Hey, you overpaid me"!!!! Thanks for being so ethical. That is very hard to find these days! Thanks for a great experience! I was…read moreabout to stop back on Monday morning when one of their employees stepped up and said I will fill the order. The office fired up the computer and billed me out. We had to go to several buildings to find my product and once everything was said and done it was 4:30. I asked my salesperson what his name was and it is Jeff. He rea did a great job. I wish we had such helpful and knowledgeable employees at my company. To all that helped me that Friday afternoon you all went above and beyond and I was able to make the trip up north as planned. Stop in there for anything you may need. Great people and GREAT products.
