I needed notary service. The notary clerk didn't want to do it, as she wanted to see the bank documents, which I had left at home, I only needed my ID notarized. The bank is not her business. So I left, an unhappy camper, went across to the UPS store, where they were able to do the job in an efficient & quick manner. I won't bother going back to the copy center. I got my Id notarized without any problems at UPS. read more

She called to confirm if a question came up and ran a free sample copy so I could proof it. Joe boosted my confidence in their capability even more, and was very candid about suggestions and what may not work. Cash ensured we were satisfied when we picked up the job, and was very complimentary about the task I'd completed--writing my life story in detail for my family. I was a, the word was a long time customer. I had emailed papers to be printed up at copy center. I go to pick up my printed papers, i tell them my name, and what i needed, after i tell her my info, this lady looks at me and says i need to be more specific, if all you have is my name and email, then when i give you my name, you should of been able to find the printed job you (Copy Center) printed up. It's not the customers job to go into your store and organize it for you. So after i tell the lady she should be better organized, she and her co worker just laughed, they thought that it must be a joke, i laughed too after waiting for 10 min as the owners employee is going through stacks and stacks of other people's printed jobs, she can't find mine. Who's laughing now, to them, there just copies, there not a big job, so why would they care, obviously they don't care for all there customers, I'm very disappointed in you the new owner of copy center, you standing there laughing at your customer for stating Fact.
