Best place to do mail business in Chico. I have come here on multiple occasions. I was in recently for a complicated mail situation where I had to send four different packages to four different government addresses. The government is notoriously unforgiving when it comes to paperwork. The woman that was helping me was very friendly and patient, and she even helped me solve a problem of some documents not fitting into the envelope by suggesting staples instead of paperclips. After some shifting and moving around of the papers with the newly stapled staples, I was able to get all the documents in the envelope. I go here for all my mail needs in Chico. read more

Offered on the spot notary for a fair price which was fabulous! They had some point of sale goodies, would have been nice to have some stationary, cards or some unique gift ideas. Make sure you pull down the side street to enter into the extremely limited parking lot. Building and interior could use a facelift. Kinda a old school, no frills postal station. read more

Rude rude rude! Unprofessional! I won't use this place again. I don't appreciate the employee taking my phone, selecting options in my Amazon app to change my returns which would have ended up costing me $5.99 to return (instead of my free Amazon prime shipping), plus trying to charge me $1 for each item for used boxes he had sitting behind the counter (again, free elsewhere with Amazon prime). When I decided I'd rather stick to my original return options and go elsewhere, he scoffed at me, told me I was crazy, that I would waste a dollar driving down the street, and that he was just trying to be logical. The interaction with the employee made me completely uneasy and lose trust, so I decided to take my items elsewhere to be shipped for free since I have Amazon Prime. This Postal Station is the worst. I paid $200 and they lost my package and when I was asking questions to try to find my package Chris one of the owners was so rude. I will never use this place again and taking to small claims. Use Fed Ex less than a block away in the next shopping center. They are very friendly there Unlike this mom and pop shop postal station operated and owned by Chris and Kurt. Their struggling for business and probably under stress but that's no reason to treat your customers badly after they loosing their package and won't replace or give me my money back. Chris is co owner and was so rude. We won't be doing business here anymore. Time for small claims and better business bureau. I paid them hundreds of dollars and not even an apology. read more

They are friendly, helpful and don't make you feel like a burden that they can't wait to send back out the door. The young woman here was very informative and got it done for us. I always appreciate a business that treats it's customers with respect (don't we all?) We will be giving our future business to the Postal Station from now on. I know with holidays and COVID things are slower that's why I payed top dollar to mail a simple card in the same state not across country and it still didn't get there after they told me that's what I needed to pay to make sure it got there , the told me to there's nothing they can do after they took my money , won't go there anymore , go to the actual store not this place read more

I start by saying that I have never took given a 1 star rating in my life. Usually if its a bad experience i just dont return but this was just so out of line i felt i needed to put it out their. I ship daily and at first was truly impressed with this place . Then I asked them to build me a box for a skateboard ...i left the board with them they built the box and shipped it...i never had possession of the board after leaving it with them . Well the tracking never updated so I go to ups hub where they suggested I go...ups called them and said well that person was extremely rude and said he didn't have time to deal with this so I go back to them and they said well dont know what to tell you . So after being told different prices depending on who I talk to their i realized that this place is not trust worthy . How i can leave a package with them they all agree that I left it but its disappeared from there cpu lol. Sounds like somebody got a free skateboard ...Pretty sad ethics ..i was more then patient and got screwed..lesson learned ...0 star rating i will tell every single person i know who ship anything to avoid this place . I've used The Postal Station's services on multiple occasions and have always been satisfied. Most recently they helped me decrease the cost of shipping my package from $59 to $25 by finding a better packaging method and the cheapest shipper. Also, they will do little things that people often take for granted, namely, throwing away my old box/packages and taping a package for me even though I didn't buy anything from them.
