Copy Source is a Local Copy Place in Bellingham, WA. They have good quality printing for Posters and large format documents. Prices are ok for most things except business cards which were a bit expensive. Customer service was pretty good and they seem to have better technology than most places in the same area. read more

I sent two wedding invitation templates to copy source through their website for printing. I ended up cancelling my order, and resubmutting it with corrections. When I got them printed I noticed that there was a grammar error and after having received and paying for them contacted copy source to see if it was my error or theirs. They didn't question me whatsoever but printed me all new invitations free of charge the same day. I was not expecting that and am so greatful. They're the worst! If you're a woman you get ignored! I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while men who had come in after me were waited on first. The owner, Nadeem, appologized but my order was still filled after men who had placed their orders later. I feel like I was given a lesson about "cultural differences" in how genders are treated. Also, I heard an employee being berated in front of customers. This made me very uncomfortable. If an employee needs instruction, this should be done in private. Such a toss up: on one hand, they did a fantastic job on some party invites, programs, and thank you notes. All looked great, were priced cheaply, and done very fast. On the other hand, I forgot envelopes for thank you notes, went in to get some, and was told they were $25 for a small pack! Said no thanks and went and got the exact same thing at JoAnn's for $10. Also had some flyers printed here, done on the spot, and both the printing and spacing were botched. It didn't totally ruin them so I went ahead and got them, but it could've been so easily avoided with a little attention to detail. I'll probably take my next printing job elsewhere. read more

I sent a file to this company and came home with a box of business cards. When I had an opportunity to give the card to a customer, the customer mentioned that my number looked jumbled. As if shifted around on the card. I called Copy Source right away, the heavily accented man on the other line, made it clear that they don't review what they print if it's a file of a business card design that you send them. They only review those files that they create themselves. In other words, they have no pride in the job they do, even in the small tasks of printing. I suggest they get it together and REVIEW ALL of the business cards they choose to print. read more

Convenient, but twice the price and poor customer service. Good for copies, but a recent scan job came back w the documents upside down. I went elsewhere and the job was half the price and done correctly! Back at Copy Source, I ended up in a weird negotiation where they offer me store credit at Copy Source for the amount I spent at the other store. I priced a small printing job at FedEx and CopySource using 2 grades of paper choices. The price at FedEx was $75/$48 and at CopySource it was $50/$35. FedEx said "4 hours" to do the job, CopySource did it while I was standing there in about 10 minutes. But what really pleased me was the personable staff, who were quick to wait on me and offered helpful advice on formatting improvements . They encouraged me to consider the cheaper paper, even though the print contained graphics and a photo. They were right and I left smiling. read more

A bit overpriced for what you get. If you're after medium quality it's good enough. Also, they claim to do 'graphic design' but I would never trust a print shop that employs no graphic designers to do a professional, effective design. read more
