Just sent a package from this place. I had my own box for the items, and it weighed 1.25 pounds. It cost $31.70 to ship!!!! I should have refused to send it from there. Went home and checked how much it would cost to send the exact same thing from the USPS and it was $11.20, and would have arrived the same day Cordata Post & Parcel claimed. TWENTY dollar up-charge! Unacceptable! I'll NEVER use this place again! Total rip-off! read more

I have used Cordata Post & Parcel to send off my packages a few times, and have been happy with their service. The girl who works there is friendly, and the prices seem reasonable. I always ask to check the least expensive option, and go over the prices with her. All-in-all it is okay. I've experienced better, but there don't seem to be too many options in this area! They are convenient, have gotten my packages to their destinations on-time, and will continue to use them. I wish they had a rewards program, like a stamp card, had more variety in shipping envelopes, etc. read more

If you want friendly, competent service, this place is great. For last minute wrapping, cards, boxes, metallic bubble-wrap mailers, AND the latest commerative stamps, they've got everything you need. No lines, and if one person is ahead of you, there are two dogs to pet. read more

This place is a complete rip-off!! I came to mail two packages and was excited to find that they send via UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. For my first, lightly packed, medium sized box, they quoted a UPS price of $33.75. When I asked if the price was increased over the normal rates, they said, "well, we're a private post office so we charge a small premium." I took the same box to UPS because I couldn't stomach the charge and paid $17. "Small" wouldn't describe their premium in my opinion. Same story for the second package. read more

Very helpful. Sure they charge more than driving to UPS or USPS and standing in line forever, but you never have to wait here. It's about convince. One more thing you can check off your list and if you don't have the correct supplies, or you need copies on the spot or whatever.... they have everything you need for mailing. Today they told me my granddaughters zip code had been changed. Wow! I appreciate those touches. And I don't mind paying a little more for them. They packaged the big envelope, addressed the label and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

I walked in with a printing/scanning emergency and left completely printed & scanned within 5 minutes. The worker was wonderful! She was efficient, friendly, and damn good at her job. Friendly service, convenient hours and location. I've never had any issues with this location. No issues with packages being lost, sounds like user error on the customer's part. Prices are fair too and it's not unreasonable for the business to add a small fee for doing some of the work on behalf of the customer. Don't let the cute and beautiful Bullmastiff dog greeting you at the door and reasonable prices fool you. The lady is nice but time after time they will lose your packages. I can one up you Pete. I dropped 14 packages off Monday. (MLK holiday) Assuming they would go out Tues. Silly me, it is now Wed and still the tracking hasn't showed as accepted-which means they are still sitting in their outbox. I bought 4 UPS services, and 10 USPS services. UPS went out, but my USPS still hasn't gone out! $2,000 dollars worth of merchandise still sitting there. Now I get to explain to my customers why the packages are extrmemly late. Yes!!! I go to school full time, work full time and raise my 2 year old son full time. Snow does not deter me from doing things on time!!! I should have been more patient and done it myself and shipped it myself the next day. Also I rechecked the address' on the labels with tracking and she typed in the wrong PO Box# on one of the packages. I had to call her back and have her change it! I just hope they leave in one piece too, about a year ago I would have her package my stuff until my customers started recieving broken goods from poor packaging. I lost a lot of money having to refund them. This must be why they cannot insure USPS items!!!!!! Never again will I use this place. Nor reccommend this place. I'm a firm believer in supporting small business' which is why I originally used them to package and ship. Than their packaging screwed me over, I tried again then about a year later packaging my own and shipping USPS, and UPS through them, I know they jack up the rate, but the "convienence," seemed worth it at the time. Now I'm dealing with delayed shipping and pissed customer again, because I was silly enough to use them again!!!! I'm seriously looking into USPS mail fraud on these guys. USPS has their own federal officers that conduct investigations on this type of crap everyday. A strong 2 thumbs down for this place. read more
