The staff takes pictures of your dog so you can see your dog playing in the yard and walking. She was very happy when we picked her up!! But later that evening I noticed my dog scratching a lot(the 14th), and today (a day later, the 15th), I found fleas. I called immediately and they told me, and I quote- "two dogs came in BEFORE Blair and they were infested with fleas. We sprayed Blair in hopes it would prevent her from catching them." I'm sorry, you could've told us before we dropped our dog off that you had an infestation? This is incredibly unprofessional and overall disturbing that you wouldn't notify me just so I you wouldn't lose money. My husband and I are now covered in bites, and my poor dog is so uncomfortable. I have no reason to lie about a small business, I gain nothing from this, just keep this in mind before you consider bringing your four legged family member to this establishment. ‍

We've had the same groomer every time who services our area so your fur baby can get accustomed to her. It takes about an hour but she gets bathed, dried, cut, nails, etc. She always comes back inside looking so pretty and clean. They typically put a bow of some sort on her and I can snag a quick picture before she paws it out of her hair

He was CUT up and bleeding in at least 5 places, absolutely butchered his cut (look at the pic of his awful tail)!! Upon complaint to the owner, she suggested we take the dog to the vet because she "didn't cut him, he has a skin condition because you neglect him!" We immediately took him to the vet who rolled her eyes and said "this skin condition is called RAZOR BURN from shears!" He now has to use cream for his "wounds" as the vet said. He does the grooming and the at-home boarding which I love! Deuce gets very scared in the vet's kennel boarding so being with Gail is like heaven to him! Deuce gets very skittish when being groomed near his eyes. They do an awesome job getting in the crevices nice and smoothly! They are greatly priced and in an awesome location. We are sad because we are moving to Vegas at the end of the summer ... We will never find another place like Gail's again.
