My sweet Charlee girl has been groomed by Molly's Pampered Paws mobile grooming service for a long time. I've never been to the actual store but have had nothing but great experiences with the mobile grooming. We've had the same groomer every time who services our area so your fur baby can get accustomed to her. It takes about an hour but she gets bathed, dried, cut, nails, etc. She always comes back inside looking so pretty and clean. They typically put a bow of some sort on her and I can snag a quick picture before she paws it out of her hair

We have been bringing our Shih Tzu (12lbs) since 2022 for overnight boarding when our vet stopped…read moreboarding. The Pampered Pooch has been wonderful with our little dog. He is now 14yrs old and they take him to grandma's house for boarding as she will take small senior dogs. He seems to do great each time and keeps a peace of mind for us when traveling. The great thing is on the boarding they allow your dog to play during the day in the play group with other dogs. They post pictures daily, which is great to see. No extra fees for the playtime. With as many pet owners in the area we have been fortunate to get our dog into the boarding as needed. I would suggest booking in advance to secure your spot especially during school holiday time.

We have a 10 month old mini Aussie Shepherd. She needed a full grooming. The Aussie breed has an…read moreundercoat and fur. Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!…read more Used In November when it was cold, so I paid for inside care. Care is not how I would describe my experience. Read everything carefully and ignore the posed pictures. Demand a walk through before you leave you pet, if you must leave them here! In a nut shell, it NEEDS new management! How can a business go from 5 s, down to one? Simple, Poor Management. I will not ever take my dog back unless someone with actual pet knowledge and a real love for pets is hired. It's a paycheck and a cash cow now! Angela retired and whomever took over is not qualified! The noise, horrific! The smell, horrendous! The filth from the door to the kennels, appalling! USED items for sale. $30-40/night + taxes and things that should just be proper care and or available, have extra fees. Like allowing your pet to PLAY! Seriously?! I asked about emergencies and was given a pause. She did not ask what I meant, which to me was obvious. In an emergency, how is it handled. Instead I was informed that the staff is only "there part time." I assume that is during drop off and pick up. Not at all an answer to my actual question, but it caused enough concern to dig deeper. Not wanting to jump to conclusions, I asked about poop and play times and was told "2-3 times a day each pet is taken to potty." As in each pet, "one pet at a time," because they "don't allow socializing." ALL pets (indoors & out) are given the time it takes to spray down their kennel and then they are put back while the kennel is still wet. If they don't poop or pee during that 10 minute clean? Well too bad. All this is what I was told because I asked. I saw one employee who had no clue how to approach and handle dogs and she was trained by the manager. I know, I asked. No questions about commands or training. What if my pet only understood Spanish or German? "We don't need all that," was my answer. That was when I understood, they don't socialize with your pets either. THAT'S EXTRA $$! I am now stuck with a flight out in four hours, and I did not reserve a bed at BNA, so I demand a walk through of the inside to where my dog will be sleeping because it is very cold outside. I observed: * A cat room with nothing except beds and one scratching post. The door entrance is by the dog kennels. What if I cat escapes? Well I guess they run straight into the dogs. * The grooming area was covered in filth, hair, and fur from multiple animals, with no one there cleaning up the area. I have been to grooming appointment, they usually run like clockwork and smell like fresh and clean. Not this one. It smelled like wet dog & watered down fece. How hard can it be? You groom, you put the pet in a waiting area and you clean. THEN you get your next pet to groom. Why, because the smells for a dog are overwhelming, esp. if you have just groomed a big dog and then have a small dog. * The kennels were so loud that I needed to cover my own ears and my dog was forced to walk, no she was dragged, what I would consider the green mile. A huge indicator this is a poorly run kennel is the lack of ventilation, foul smells, and the filth. I have been to many kennels, including those at busy airports, I have never experienced this. * Large dogs & small dogs in one room. Imagine your prison mate being 4X your size And smells so bad they make humans feel sick. Some dogs just shivered in corners too afraid to move or lift their heads. * Wet tacky floors that my shoes stuck to, the smell of poop and pee mixed with the water was unbearably potent. And my dogs bare paws were dragged through that. I am almost positive they don't clean them, which meant she had to lick them clean and that can give her worms. When I explained the place to her vet, she said not to take her back. *Wet kennels with rusty food and water bowls. I wonder if the manager would be willing to clean one and use it herself? Upon pick-up, I observed another employee. My dogs was drug out, and could not bark. She hung her head as they drug her forward. She should have been able to smell me or hear me but she could do neither. When she saw me, the look broke my heart. She all but tried to pull me to the door. I knelt down and the smell was pure feces. It was matted in her coat and all over her feet. That's when I lost it. The questions and demand for answers were flying from my lips. Why is she covered in s**t!, was on the tip of my tongue, but I held my composure while they blamed a caged up dog for not pooping on command. Commands they didn't ask for. And yes that statement is facetious. Every excuse was given, but none was the truth. It was Monday and they hadn't been there on Sunday to do their d**m jobs. And that's what I told them. They now wanted $50-60 to wash her and I'd have to "wait" for "an hour, maybe longer" because they had "other grooming appointments." When I demanded not management but the owner, I was told I would be called. That never happened!

This person literally tried to have me killed by cop. I'm a 60 yo lady. I had an apt for weeks and…read moreconfirmed a few days before. I'm standing at her door with my 2 dogs, their food and supplies and my purse on the morning of my apt however, several minutes late because the GPS showed her property 3 miles away from where it actually was. I knock and knock but no one answers, I called and called but no one picks up. she has Arlo cameras at the front door and I know they were working because I could hear myself through her monitor inside as I'm hollering through the door and i can hear myself on her answering service. I can hear the vacuum cleaner going on and off throughout so I know someone was inside. but still I knock and knock and no one ever answers the door. next thing I know a police officer pulls up with guns drawn As he shields himself behind the car door. He tells me to step away from the door and show him some ID. I couldn't, because my purse was hanging on the door knob while my dogs were tied to the railing. Then he says the owner called and said that I was trying to break in to the place. Do robbers often show up with their dogs, dog supplies and leave their purse hanging on the door knob? One wrong move and I could have been shot by an anxious officer because of her craziness. Then she said she was refusing to board my dogs because I had scared her. SCARED HER? I was leaving for a long awaited vacation in 2 days. I had made this apt 3 weeks prior and confirmed a few days prior. It's rediculous to think that something so mundane as boarding your dogs could have gotten me killed. something Is very wrong with this person brain and it nearly cost me everything.
