He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them. That is not a small mistake. That is not an "oops." That is a complete failure of the most basic responsibility an animal care business has. In my experience, the level of incompetence, carelessness, and lack of accountability from the owner was absolutely disgusting. You are literally being paid to keep animals SAFE. If you cannot handle that responsibility, you have no business taking people's money and taking custody of their pets. My dog walked into your care trusting the humans around him and I ended up dealing with a medical emergency. I cannot even describe the anger of handing someone a healthy animal and then having to rush that animal to the hospital because of what happened under their watch. And what makes it even worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward. No pet owner should ever have to wonder whether their dog is safe after dropping them off somewhere that claims to care about animals. This experience was horrifying. Animal Crackers completely destroyed my trust. I would not leave a stuffed animal in their care after what happened to my dog. If you love your pet, ASK QUESTIONS before leaving them here. Ask exactly who is supervising the animals. Ask what happens during an emergency. Ask how they prevent injuries. Ask who is actually responsible when something goes wrong. Because when something went horribly wrong with MY dog, I was the one left dealing with the hospital, the fear, the stress, the bills, and the consequences. My dog cannot write this review, so I am writing it for him. He deserved better. I will NEVER bring my dog back to Animal Crackers, and based on my experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about the safety of their animal. I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

When I brought Lola he received us very welcoming and took the time to learn important info about her and what we wanted to have done.
