He was very nice and personable, but told me I was a little far for him and he recommended me to someone else. After that person said I was too far. Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. I found Ernesto via Yelp in desperation as I was 9 months pregnant and could not bathe my dog nor had the time to take him to a groomer. Ernesto came on a Saturday afternoon to shave my dog, clip his nails and even added in a cute bandana. My dog came out smelling and looking like a million bucks! Ernesto is busy but always gives a time frame when he can come by (i.e. 12-3). Each time we have called him he always comes to the rescue.
