You can say you want soft boiled eggs, but they will always arrive like golf balls. Meats are cut with a razor blade, asked for fruit instead of home fries and the portion was pathetic. One of our party ordered the same thing but with home fries and they got an amazing assortment of fruit. 2 stars because we were seated quickly and staff were friendly. Go to Stacked.... Large restaurant specializing in breakfasts and brunch. They were able to accommodate our family group of 10 with no difficulty. The menu is large and offers a wide variety including gluten free and vegan friendly. Our server was great, super friendly and accommodating. Was my favourite breakfast place. Will not go back. My potatoes were cold. The ham was over sized for the bennies and looked sloppy and was. Waitress didn't ask how the food was. Wife was confused when ordering asked for French toast and got some special version of it. Hadgo and find the waitress. Eventually she came to our table again and I mentioned the potatoes were cold so she got me a small plate of hot potatoes. Tasted like crap. Went to DQ for a Sunday to get he taste out of my mouth. Well we tried this super early the other day. Lucky for us they have an early bird menu. I ordered 3 eggs and bacon and pancakes. I added an extra egg as they only had 2 egg options. But I couldn't believe what I received was actually 3 eggs. It was so small it was crazy. I can't imagine what 2 eggs would be like. If it is really 3 eggs then they must be the smallest eggs you could ever find. Anyways this meal was about $6-7. . However at regular hours it is about $12 I think. That is a ridiculous price for a measly sized meal. If you want breakfast just go to a greasy spoon and have a better one and for half the price. read more

Very busy restaurant. We went on a Sunday morning around eleven. We faced a lineup. We were seated within 10 minutes. We were presented menus and then time to peruse. How does one decide? Everything you may crave for breakfast is there and fresh fruit everywhere. We ordered a Jo Construction and a Gargantuan Feast as well as a bowl of fresh fruit to share. Eggs were perfect over easy as we ordered. All breakfast meat tasty and cooked to perfection. Time from seating to food in front of face was roughly a half an hour. We were indecisive and our incredible server checked on us three times. Coffee is great. Roast potatoes are fantastic. Fresh tomato slices. Loyalty rewards. Sweet....savoury and everything in between. Great service and real good food. We shall return. I finally got to try out Cora when I was in Peterborough. Me and my cousin had some time to ourselves. When we walked in the place wasn't super busy which was great for us cause we were hungry. The lady seated us and gave us the menu. As we got our food which didn't take too long. The food looked so delicious and tasted even delicious as well. The only reason I'm docking one star off is because of the service. As we were seated, we had to wait about 15 mins to place an order. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it was quite dead, not much people. As we placed our order and the food arrived. I wanted to see if we could get some glasses of water, then again the lady took a long time to come back to us. When I saw a different waiter she told me to wait so she can call the waiter serving our table. All I needed was a glass of water. Asides from the disappointing service the food was good. read more

Coras gets a 4 star for extremely good service, friendly servers, DELICIOUS food, and a great atmosphere. Only problem is the price. If you don't have 50$ for breakfast, don't bother. Other than that, Coras is the place to go read more

Cora, clearly a breakfast specialty restaurant? I did not order a breakfast item but instead ordered the turkey club that comes with...... a processed cheese slice on it??!! I have never in my life time found a club sandwich with processed cheese slice on it, or any cheese at all. What adds insult to injury here is I can't eat processed cheese but without knowing it was there I took a bite and became ill, in the restaurant. The server returned and noted I had been ill and asked if I was okay, my reply was "no, there is processed cheese on this sandwich and I can't eat processed cheese". Her reply was, "oh, okay". The item having only one bite from it was not taken off my bill and I paid for it literally and figuratively. Team this with their unbelievably high prices and I say this one is a skip.
