It was decent when I needed something I could call and at least got somebody to call me back, but here are the last couple of months I have actually had to drive to the office to get my questions answered and my prescriptions and here I am again having to do that this month. I've called at least every other day for the last two weeks and I can't get over there because of work so I've just been trying to call and leave a message after message. Sometimes I get a person they don't necessarily speak very good English, which that's sometimes a problem too and sometimes it's an answering machine but still, I have yet to get a call back. I need prior authorization sent to my insurance company and can't get a hold of anybody to do that nor can I get a call back this is not acceptable. A patient should not have to go through this kind of trouble just to get communication with their physician not acceptable whatsoever. You gotta do better Physicians partners. Sidenote I'm only giving it 2 stars because Dr Bloom is great.

They told me my OB wasn't doing well women's exams anymore and that I was scheduled with his NP. I was okay with this but I also explained that he was supposed to be checking my diastasis recti, as he told me that he liked to evaluate in 6 months. They assured me she could do it. At my appointment, she pushed down on my abdomen and said "well, do you feel different?" And I explained yes, but that I honestly haven't had that little muscle in years. (Prior bikini body building competitor ... Not to mention I just had a baby - my organs were moved around for how many months AND I had an unexpected urgent c section.) She advised me to go home and "do ab exercises again, if it hurts, we know there is something wrong". As a prior personal trainer I ran out of that office and called as soon as I did, asking for a referral out. I was pretty appalled by this advice from a medical professional. It's OKAY if you don't know- but to tell someone to do something that can further damage is highly concerning. Anyway- I did some research and asked to specifically get a referral here. And I will say, this facility provided me with much more help than I knew they would! My friend told me about pelvic floor therapy, as it's big in California, and she highly suggested it. They guided me to correct my diastasis recti, taught me scar massage , scar rolling & did some cupping. This was life changing, as it made my scar 90% free of the numbness I was having. They also helped me with a couple other more personal things. Dr Lipsky was really great. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. I tell everyone about pelvic floor therapy and about this facility. It's extremely sad to me that this isn't standard postpartum care, that no one talks about it- so many women don't know about it. But I am absolutely spreading the word because just because something is "common" doesn't mean it's "normal" or something we have to "just live with!" Thank you so much!

Dr Leslie Ryan at Atlantic Way Chiropractic is the best children's chiropractor I could ever…read moreimagine. It's a husband and wife owned practice, and the wife is AMAZING with kiddos. I feel 1000% safe letting her adjust my toddler. She has the extra years of medical school to do pediatrics, and she's just SO sweet. She's been a God send for my daughter. My 18 month old (who's SUPER strong willed) let Leslie adjust her at the first visit absolutely no problem! Now when I tell my daughter we're going to see Mrs Leslie for "click clicks" she gets SO EXCITED. They even sell little toy adjusters for them to play with at home, and she adjusts me and her baby dolls with it! There's no crazy physical manipulation or twisting/cracking, just the clicker and she puts her finger underneath it for extra comfort, plus some fun jumps at the end. My daughter started sleeping better the same night, and she's been sleeping through the night (11-13 hrs) since then! Her whole attitude has improved, bowel movements became more regular, the list goes on! We started going every week, and now we're down to every 3 weeks. Goal being as need be, every month or two, or after any major tumbles. The office is clean and inviting, with a train table to play with while you wait (which is never long!), and toys in the room to help kiddos relax. The woman at the front desk is so friendly and their scheduling is easy-peasy. 100/10 recommend. We're customers for life! I tell everyone I know to go give her a try!

These are the best chiropractors duo around…read more Their office is so clean and inviting. They do have front desk staff to help check in on certain days. I absolutely love being able to books appointments ahead online so it can work with my schedule. I have seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Alberto. They are both fantastic and really listen to you. Each time I come in to get adjusted or for muscle work, they are very great at listening to whatever I have going on. They have toys in the rooms if you bring your children and need them occupied for your appointment.
