I agreed to see the new Dr. she cut the nail out but didn't call in my antibiotics until the next day after 1PM. That was on Friday. I had an allergic reaction to the medication and called on Monday. The office told me she was out of the office and would call me back Tuesday. Wednesday morning still no follow up so I called again. The again told me they would call me back and as of 11AM I still haven't received a call back. My toe is killing me. Do not go to this Dr. I'm in a lot of pain I believe my toe is infected.

If there's one thing I've learned is that back pain is very specific and not a one-size-fits-all solution. Dr. Prusinski was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I greatly appreciated his measured approach to dealing with my issues. It took multiple visits and increasing levels of treatments but in the end he changed my life. Dr Paul Keller at Health First , you should be ashamed and you need some sensitivity training. We had to wait quite a while for X-rays, and she was getting antsy. My daughter was stressed and scared after X-rays for her back. Then, she needed to stand on a scale and get measured. Also stressful. Meltdown began. By the time we got into the office she wanted to leave. She was in full meltdown. I got her calmed down, and she sat on the exam table. Dr Keller came in, looked at me, and said, "She can't be doing this." I looked at him with horror, and he smiled/grimaced and shrugged his shoulders. Mama Bear came out. I asked if he seriously just told an autistic person they couldn't have a meltdown and ran out of that office. My daughter apologized for 30 minutes. She's not dumb...she's autistic. She knew what had happened and asked during that 30 minutes for a new doctor. If you can't handle the needs of people with autism-related disorders, don't see them at your practice. There are plenty of doctors who know better. If you need a spine doctor, especially for someone with special needs, I do NOT recommend Dr Paul Keller.

I have to be super careful taking antibiotics and he was able to give me a remedy that did not involve oral meds. I am extremely grateful for this conservative approach. He asked me if I wanted to think it over & come back at a later time. He does not suggest or push you for an option. I did have quite a wait (why the 5-star rating you ask?) I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. Sorry for the length of this review. I think on this particular day, the delay in being seen was the circumstances stated. Anyway, this worked for me & the quality of care was great. Pressing down on herniated disc -- Dr. Teimouri assured me that I did not have disc problems and then proceeded to press down between my shoulders. An mri later found that I have a herniated disc precisely there. I think the lesson here is to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis with an orthopedic dr before proceeding with chiropractic care. 2. Unprofessional and pushy -- they strongly discouraged me from seeing a physical therapist at all for a few weeks. Thankfully I went to see a physical therapist anyways who accurately predicted that I have a disc issue. When I called suntree chiropractic to let them know that I wanted to discontinue my care until I had an mri, Tricia Gray was very unprofessional and snippy. She didn't even let me talk and just lectured me about how physical therapy was going to make me worse and that other chiropractors would worsen my problem. I was planning to return, but they lost a client because of her behavior. Thankfully she was wrong and physical therapy has eliminated most of my pain and I continue improving. They were also a couple other issues that gave me the impression that they lacked professionalism. Bottom line, I personally did not feel comfortable here. I felt like they tried to scare me into staying and were incredibly pushy.

I was sent to Melbourne Podiatry Associates and was scheduled right away. The scheduling process was super easy, barely an inconvenience. I really appreciated their patient patience. (No pun intended...ok some pun intended.) I first arrived and noticed how clean the parking lot was. Then when I came in the place was immaculate. I don't know much about renovations but I can appreciate a good combination of interior and natural light. The lobby was cool and comfortable and had different seating options as well as a play area for the kiddos with a well placed glass partition for visibility. I was greeted at the front desk by Julie who was courteous, welcoming and kind. That goes a long way when the nature of your visit isn't great to begin with. I recieved a series of X-rays and then saw Dr. Moyles. What a great Doctor! I had a lot of questions and he did a great job of not only explaining things but also answering my inquiries
