My loved one was supposed to have a "safe discharge." She didn't get that. She was released without anyone being notified. Imagine having someone you care about "out there" in Virginia, but you have no idea where. If you care about someone, don't send them to this facility. Having a plan and being the point of contact isn't enough.

Sometimes when going for a doctor's appointment can cause anxiety, so the greeting from the receptionist is important. My doctor left and became a hospitalists doctor. As of now, I am looking for a doctor. I can only say, I had the best care, no concerns or worries, my needs were met with utmost professionalism and satisfaction! I am thankful for the twenty plus years of being in the hands of good doctors!

They didn't come when you rang. The bell the lady in the next bed for me was a diabetic she rang the bell and then she finally turned to me and say she thought she was having a attack and I had to call the main switchboard. They have them transfer me down to the nurses station so that they answer the phone and come to the room. The food is unrecognizable. I lost 16 pounds while I was there now the people that worked there are pretty nice. I don't think there was what but one person that that wasn't nice but it's just that it's not organized at all. The food is horrible and you can't get anybody to come help you right away and I stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks so I oughta know.

What sets her apart is the access and responsiveness. Being able to text with a question, get quick guidance, or secure an appointment without delay is invaluable--especially because we travel frequently. No matter where we are, she responds promptly, thoughtfully, and with a level of attentiveness that immediately puts you at ease. Most recently, I started coming down with the flu, and she was incredible. Even while boarding a plane, she stopped everything to ensure I got the right care quickly and that I was supported step-by-step. She also proactively made sure my husband had what he needed preventatively, because he was headed into an important board meeting and couldn't risk getting sick. The fact that she handled all of this while in the middle of leaving for a trip speaks volumes. Her service is truly above and beyond--thorough, compassionate, and unwaveringly dependable. If you're considering concierge medicine, I can't recommend Dr. M enough.

She was treated rudely and overheard staff talking about her treatment after the session. She has been upset since. The owner has been messaging me on Yelp and I view this as bullying. It is also interesting that the negative (1 star reviews) she has are in the "do not recommend section" after having been posted. Business owners should not be rewarded for knowing how to game the system on yelp or other review engines. Will check back to see if this one gets removed or deleted.
