I have always been able to get in when I have an emergency and am sick. Dr. Kleiner has kept watch over my health for years and has referred me to a specialist when necessary. The doctors there have always taken the time on a visit to get to the bottom of problems and treat them. With regard to communication, I believe they do their best and do as well as any other busy office place. I am now using my Portal to communicate better.

He helped me solve a medical issue that plagued me for years. Other doctors didn't. Also, if you suck as a business, I'll tell you. I'm not going to sugar-coat it. Access is pretty good. After dropping off paperwork and requesting to schedule wellness physicals, I went to my appointment and was told it was scheduled as a problem visit for a diagnosis I have (never requested an appt like this) I was told my insurance couldn't be billed for a physical because it hadn't been a calendar year (untrue for my policy, if they had checked) the PA continued to try to treat me for a problem visit, and I ultimately just had to get up and leave. Imagine my surprise when I am billed for the service that never took place, and when calling to dispute the charges for services that never occurred I was yelled at, spoken to like I was a child, and hung up on by Dr. Pielyck himself. Save yourself some time and avoid an office who clearly just wants to provide a billable service, not healthcare nor customer service. Worst experience ever with a medical provider! RUN!

Very unpleasant experience after being a patient there for many years…read more Staff nurse shamed me for not believing in God the way she did, "especially now (with cancer) wouldn't this be a good time?". I left shamed and suicidal. Actually thoughts of driving my car T-bone style into a line of traffic at a busy stop light T intersection. "Pause when Agitated" came to mind from my 12-Step program training of 46+ years. They had not encouraged me over the years to get a 3rd colonoscopy after I had postponed it to help a friend with his recovery from addiction. Of course it's my responsibility ... But please ... Just the thing a staff nurse and doctor should note and comment about, with some enthusiasm. I'm now being treated for early stage Colorectal Cancer. I'm also looking for a new doctor's office ... Especially since they did not call me back to discuss my issues after deciding I needed to go elsewhere. I called to see if I could resume my treatments there, and they responded with "just tell your new provider to contact us for your records". Christian Bigotry at its Finest ... The office was always comfortable and clean.The receptionist were friendly and efficient, greeted me with a smile, thus creating an atmosphere of calmness. Sometimes when going for a doctor's appointment can cause anxiety, so the greeting from the receptionist is important. My doctor left and became a hospitalists doctor. As of now, I am looking for a doctor. I can only say, I had the best care, no concerns or worries, my needs were met with utmost professionalism and satisfaction!
