My wife got the pulled pork sandwich and offered me half. I took a bite and gallantly handed it back before my tongue got the message back to the rest of me on just how great that sandwich was - otherwise, I would have likely had a real internal struggle to give any of her dinner back. The barbecue sauce was tangy and warm, the pork, delectable and the coleslaw layer, cool, crisp and punchy. This sandwich was the prince of pulled pork! The French fries it came with took me back 50 years to being a kid and knowing what a French fry was supposed to taste like - real potatoes that someone had peeled fresh, crinkle cut and used fresh oil to fry to perfection.
