After a filling meal in Jupiter, it's only right we stop for ice cream after! Pumphouse is located across from a few restaurants so we decided to stop there and we were not disappointed! We were greeted immediately with friendly faces, and asked if we wanted to sample anything. They told us the flavor of the month was the white chocolate raspberry and I immediately went for it. I got it in milkshake form and it was perfect. The rest of party got scoops of: white chocolate raspberry, cookie dough, vanilla, and raspberry fudge. First of all Great Location!!! Coffee is delicious and the smoothies are fabulous...so why 3 stars...on several occasions in my 6 week stay here they have "run out of ingredients" to make smoothies by 1pm....this has happened 4 times i the past 4 weeks... And there is no phone number to call to see if they have any available. A similar issue occured with their dairy free ice cream... Which I was thrilled to find since most places don't carry it...!!! It was absolutely delicious , but again unavailable two other times i went within a few days.... Somebody is not ordering correctly for this place and it's a shame!!! The staff is always very sweet and apologetic but somebody needs to make sure you have enough ingredients in your store!!!! read more

The ice cream is good, I like the dark chocolate cherry flavor. Staff is hit or miss, sometimes they're super sweet and other times they seem aloof As far as the coffee, espresso drinks are only served until 2pm I believe so I tried a draft latte which seemed a bit acidic for some reason, on a later date tried an espresso tonic which was ok. Just went back in person to Brooklyn Bagels to tell them how disappointed I was and to provide some constructive feedback. They couldn't have been nicer! Lily (the manager) corrected the situation (undercooked bacon, sloppy bagel sandwich and cold coffee). This is basically a coffee implant inside the ice cream store (the ice cream operation has a separate Yelp entry). Technically reopened as "Cones and Coffee" a few weeks ago and co-located with Coral Cones Ice Cream. Because of the tie in with the ice cream store, no other snacks on offer. The coffee is decent and the place looks nice. Seating is limited (four stools inside and a few seats outside). Parking is limited, with a few short-duration spots and "valet" parking in the rest of the lot. Which is weird outside a coffee shoo, an ice cream shop, and a surf shop in the middle of the day. But I guess the plaza owners are simply trying to maximize the available parking space. Nice place and nice folks. Still, lack of seating, lack of parking, lack of snackies, and lack of amazeballs coffee makes this less than a compelling package. read more

Walking in it has a great vibe, the staff is friendly and the areas are clean. It's not a huge place so you will probably be enjoying your coffee or ice cream Togo or on the patio. Parking is right in front or you can use free public parking around if you are adventuring. We were greeted when we walked in- one of my friends got ice cream with toppings- they have a handful to choose from. Another friend and I tried their coffee float. Never heard of it, let me tell you it's a must try. Cold brew with your choice of two scoops- can mix or match- this is a coffee experience I wish I could have all the time. Love Pumphouse Coffee! Fave coffee roaster in SoFla. The brothers are the nicest guys and the coffee is delicious. Big fan of their espresso and milk bevvies, cold brew (and draft latte!) and pour overs. They also serve up Aioli WPB pastries which are legit. C&C is a great concept combining with Coral Cones to expand the offering and the new look and feel is super fun and clean with the bright blue floors and beach photography. We head up Saturday mornings for a cup and to say hello. Chris and Emily are both awesome. The girl working the ice cream side last time we were there was really nice too. Our daughter likes hanging and playing Connect 4. Wish they were allowed to have more seating but I think it'll be awesome once they finish out everything. Slightly definitely addicted to this place. The cappuccinos, the matcha, whatever is your drink, they make it great and then some. LOVE.

Tried this shop because of great ratings. Ordered plain old American coffee, two cups. Both cups were served luke warm, almost cold. We asked if there was a microwave(or something) available to heat coffee up. The server told us she could "steam" it and asked if she could use same cups. When we were given the coffee back it was slightly warmer but not hot. We did not attempt to get this problem corrected further. Suffice it to say we will not be going back, nor will we recommend this coffee shop. read more

It's ok, the selection is small so that can help achieve some quality control; however, the service from the young little girls they employ is horrible because they're rather passive-aggressive when presented with an order they may not understand and will resort to Googling something in front of you and pretend the result they found is what you wanted, something anyone with intelligence knows is cognitive bias. What makes this all worse is they'll actually ring you up for something they have no idea how to make, which is just baffling to say the least about the situation. In my case, what they found on Google was, no surprise here, incorrect, but I had already grown tired of dealing with them and my wife ordered a monumentally overpriced, and mediocre tasting, latte which was promptly thrown in the trash. If you're a coffee aficionado, or you prefer well made ice cream, steer clear of this overpriced shop, significantly better options in South Florida to choose from. read more
