Beyond that, there is an impressive variety of retail and service businesses, including AT&T, U-Haul, a pet store, Color Me Mine, a print shop, Amscot, an eye doctor, and more. There are also plenty of dining options available, including pizza, Japanese cuisine, Chinese food, ice cream, and cafés. The UPS Store is especially convenient for quick package drop-offs and returns, while Publix, Walgreens, and Dollar Tree cover most shopping needs. Today I went to the Publix to buy my weekly Lotto tickets and had breakfast with a friend at the Borsalino Café. The Padrino's Cuban eatery is an excellent pick for a great dinner then grab a giant custom dessert from Night Owl Cookies. The Burton's Grill at the corner of the plaza hosted a prior fun Yelp event. The Capriotti's Sandwich Shop just went out of business and a Benny's Smash Burgers is getting ready to open in it's place and will have to try it.

After dinner the Stone Cold Ice Cream is a good place for dessert. There are several outparcels such as Chilis and Bank of America. The Pei Wei Asian Kitchen finally went out of business. El Gallo Taqueria is a new taco place here and will try it soon. Sometimes exiting or entering the plaza onto Weston Rd is difficult due to mass traffic.

On Wednesday night I came to attend the opening of Cream Nation, a new ice cream shop. My visit gave me a chance to see how much has changed in Mission Bay. One difference of note was that the Hurricane Grill and Wings at the end with the plaza was out of business as well as the large Toys R Us. However they have now added Cream Nation. There is a good mix of shopping and dining in the plaza. Dining options include Tijuana Flats, Panera Bread, Dominos, Jon Smith Subs, and First Watch just to make a few. For shopping there is Hallmark, Dicks Sporting Goods, Fresh Market, and Office Depot. You can go to the gym at LA Fitness, have you clothes cleaned, hair cut, nails done or visit a physical therapist, eye doctor, or dentist. If you have a few errands to get done this plaza is probably your answer.
