They then recommended specific type of cleaning and services, and when I asked about the cost for those specific services, they had a dedicated staff member who created an itemized cost list based on my insurance. After that, they weren't pushy at all about any of their suggestions which I appreciated SO MUCH. It was so refreshing to have a dentist's office have transparency in their pricing. Overall cleaning was also thorough and they had newer technology in their cleaning tools. The dental hygienist also didn't make a lot of conversation during the cleaning which was nice (although I wouldn't mind if they just told me their own stories without asking me questions to make the time go by...or put a TV on the ceiling or something). Linda did an amazing job being courteous and gentle with my teeth. I like that he informs you of everything he is doing and why. He also does not see other patients in between your appointment, as other dentists I've seen do. He replaced a broken crown in one visit which took 2 hrs from start to finish for me to walk out with the best looking crown I've ever had. He expertly used a computerized method that then actually carves out a custom made crown right before your eyes. It was expertly fitted in my mouth and you can't even tell it's a crown (vs other three I have that have always looked obvious.). Oh, and the crown is guaranteed for life! Lastly, he is friendly, thoughtful, very upbeat. I highly recommend him.
