The people here had the greatest personalities! I went in to get my mom some flowers for her PHD graduation and the bouquet they were able to make me in such a short period of time were STUNNING! Definitely recommend this cute little flower shop on the corner!

I was looking for a bouquet of flowers today, and I wanted something pretty yet reasonable. I came to Romel's for the first time, and told the nice owner lady that I wanted something colorful to brighten up my house. I'm sorry I didn't ask for her name, because she was so nice and I enjoyed her sharing her story with me while putting my beautiful bouquet together. I got a fresh colorful beautiful bouquet for a reasonable price. PS: Once I got home I was able to break down my beautiful bouquet into three vases and place my bouquets around my home. I hate coming across businesses with such rude service, because it's really puts a damper on the neighborhood vibe. On top of no one greeting you and their extremely limited arrangement options when asked to make a bouquet I want to say I paid $50 for 5 roses and a bunch of green fillers. Never again! read more

I could definitly find a better florist. I was looking for a florist for my engagement and i choose this one because the lack of time...... Many times the owner told me different things and did not keep promise as a florist .....worst flower ever....it won't happen again for me to gather all those people and repeat that night.......so sorry for the owner and people who trust her for a wedding or other ceremonies....she is totally incapable of handling even a little wase of flower...... read more

By far the worst place ever to get your flowers from. Their customer service is very unprofessional! Be aware if you don't like the arrangement, they will still make you pay and threaten you, Instead of fixing it like every other business would. Customers come first right? What kind of business are you running? The least you could do is satisfy your customers needs. To put dead flowers in an arrangement? And try to sell it to them? That's your flower shop? No thank you. I don't understand how your business is still up and running. Don't ever come here. read more

My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I arrived to the store prolly 45 mins before my pick-up time. The staff in there didn't have any clue about my order. I wished they have just forgotten to make it, but I don't think they are notified at all about my order I placed 2 days before because she doesn't know how the bouquet looks like. What's more disappointing was that they didn't have the flowers needed to create the bouquet I wanted. She made a good one but it could have been better. I had to wait there for about 45 mins. The staff didn't even apologize for what happened. I even asked for a discount for the inconvenience but none was offered.

My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

The extremely thoughtful delivery person decided that the bright sun of my porch was a bad place for fresh flowers and placed the vase under the protective leaves of my philodendron plant in a shady spot. It meant the world to me and the person who sent them to me from far away. The bouquet was beautiful, and I still have it almost 1 week later. Don't look any further for the best floral designer. I'd give more stars if that was possible because they have exceeded my expectations every time I have ordered flower arrangements from them for various occasions. I admire the diversity of the flowers that they arrange. They design in a very creative and tasteful way, and, most importantly, the flowers are always fresh.
