That's pretty important but here you will have to keep asking. I didn't notice the prices when I walked in since it was my first time there so take note of that so you don't have to ask. I did ask a few questions of the man who worked there and he was semi helpful. No smile no personality and I felt like I was bothering him with my questions. I live in Boston and found James Cress Florist on DoorDash and ordered directly through the app. The flowers were delivered in a few hours and after my friend sent me a picture, I thought they looked a little different from the photo. I called the shop and spoke to James directly about the issue. He knew off the bat what the issue was - he told me he reviews/approves all arrangements before they head out the door and the DoorDash driver came in and grabbed the flowers before he had a chance to (as you can imagine, its a busy time of year). He looked at the photo and agreed that the arrangement wasn't what I ordered, apologized for the inconvenience and told me a new arrangement would be heading out soon to my friend for her birthady. I could tell in James' voice that he was sincerely sorry about this and how much pride he takes in his arrangements, his store and his customers. The new arrangement arrived at my best friends house within a few hours and it was perfect! Amazing customer service and gorgeous, beautiful arrangements. Support this small business and you will not be disapointed! The craftmanship of their arrangements and pride in their work is unmatched and something you would never get by calling a toll free number to order flowers ;) Thank you again, James! Because of their tentative and eager attention, along with not wanting to look for another florist), I said to them, "look, you know what I want and you know what I want to spend, I believe that whatever you make, its going to be nice. 20+ minutes later, I was literally flabbergasted when they handed me this stunning basket of absolute beautifully arranged and colorful flowers.
