It literally had 1 rose and 1 sun flower and 2 white Lilly's. About 60 dollars for this? I am from out of town so I needed to quickly find a trustworthy florist who could create an arrangement and deliver it on time. I stopped by the shop and the team took the time to help me through the process and was already very familiar with the church where we needed delivery. We also needed delivery outside of their normal delivery hours and the owner was happy to accommodate the request. Stephanie at flowers on broadway made the entire process of wedding flower ordering very stress free. I was pickiy with the colors I wanted, and she worked with me and got me the exact color palate I was going for. We chose mostly orange, pink, and peach roses, and all were crisp and gorgeous. Days after the wedding, my Boquet and head table centerpiece are still in perfect shape. Great quality flowers and great craftsmanship with the Boquet. All of my centerpieces were exactly as I had asked for, and the boutineers and ladies corsages held up well and were beautiful. Extremely disappointed. Purposely chose a local florist to deliver an arrangement locally a few days before Thanksgiving. Later, I learned that my recipient had received nothing. Yet, I had an email with a confirmation and order number from Flowers on Broadway. Not only that, after the holiday, I received a "Thank-you for your recent order.." type email from FOB. My call to FOB to find out what happened was equally disappointing. The person answering the phone just kept saying something to the effect that they had nothing on their end as far as my order went. She didn't even seem interested when I tried to give her the order # or to have me send a copy of the emails I had received from her business. Yet, here I am, still with an order #, a confirmation of my order from FOB, and my much loved relative who didn't get their flowers from me on Thanksgiving. read more

I really was not thrilled with this florist. Unfortunately I used them for my wedding. A) The woman i dealt with often made me feel silly about the flowers I wanted, shrugging me off as "a bride" - Listen toots, I'm a bride whos paying YOU. She made no effort to be pleasant. I should have backed out then! B) My bouquet was severely dis-proportioned. There was a mix of whites, a light purple and a dark purple. ALL of the dark purple was clustered to one side. C) My centerpieces were HALF the size she told me they would be and was made up of 75% greens! D) After my wedding there was no follow up. No " were you satisfied?" nada If i could do it all over again, I would have backed out on them. read more
