I ordered flowers for delivery for a babyshower and having two little ones I didn't have time to get flowers. I ordered a pink colored bouquet but what I received were not only sad lump of flowers but not even a rose or a pink bouquet. Florist should be ashamed. And if they can't duplicate the photo at the very least they could do is at least use quality flowers. Not try to mask it with carnations. I could have made a better arrangement using gas station flowers. Don't bother with this place. read more

Great service all around! I was looking for a beautiful arrangement to send my Mother for her dinner party. I was calling around 1 hr prior to closing many locations in the surrounding area. Margaret's Florist called me back offering me accommodation for my request for white, holiday,pine, gold, beautiful flowers delivered by dinner time. 2hrs later, the delivery was made and everyone was purely satisfied! Placed order 4 days before Mother's Day and paid in full. Went to pick up order and first told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting, then told their driver hasn't arrived with the intended flower, so the 5 minute story was a lie. No upfront honesty with customers, had to have a replacement of what originally ordered and no credits or adjustments made to pricing for my inconvenience. Stay away, stay far away. read more

this company is a scam. you place the order at Teleflora, no confirmation was ever sent. Am email from Margaret's "They were successfully delivered, which they were not. I called them the day after were to be delivered, spoke to the "designer" and said she would have the owner call me, but she never did? They did show after my call, were NOT what I paid for, a $30 delivery fee was charged on top of this mess, which I was ok with, thinking my stepdaughter would receive what was ordered. 1st pic - what was ordered. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th pic - are what showed up. Can't speak to the quality of the flowers but can for the customer service. Ordered flowers on Wednesday for delivery on Mother's Day. Received a call at 6:00 pm on Mother's Day that due to COVID 19 and a lot of orders they ran out of the flowers that I ordered and they would have to substitute. While I recognize that COVID 19 has impacted the supply chain and Mother's Day is a busy day for florists, I should have been notified prior to 6:00pm of this issue. I cancelled my order. Would not recommend due to this lapse in customer service. read more

This past Mother's Day, I had purchased 2 bouquets of flowers from another florist and was incredibly disappointed in what I received. I called Margaret's Florist and asked if they could help me spruce them up. When I walked in, the store was packed. I was invited to the back and they immediately tried to salvage some flowers and added more. Twenty minutes later, I received 2 beautiful bouquets and was told it "was on the house". Infuriating experience with them! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on her last day of work to celebrate her retirement. Got a voicemail from Linda after business hours at 5:15 pm the day they were supposed to be delivered saying "that they were so backed up and could they please not deliver until tomorrow because the drivers will be out too late." I called immediately back (5:17pm) multiple times to no answer. They did not deliver the flowers. Next morning we called to complain and Linda said that it was "just" a retirement and "not time sensitive like a birthday" so she thought it would be ok to deliver the next day and that there was nothing they could do about it. As soon as I walked into this place I'm greeted by the owner screaming at the top of her lungs at her delivery driver who apparently is unable to deliver flowers on time for a wedding. Reluctantly, I decided to wait since I was already there. I then asked her if she had any bouquets or arrangements I could look at, to which she replied "not really". She then told me if I wanted anything I'd have to come back later because she's "just one person". At this point it was apparent that she didn't want my business, so I left. Rude! Horrible! Will never use this florist again. I was supposed to receive flowers yesterday. My boyfriend paid for same day delivery. I called last night and canceled the order because - they never arrived. I got my flowers at 2:30 the next day thinking maybe he sent another order. When I called the florist to make sure my boyfriend was still getting refunded because I had already canceled the order. The woman on the phone was very rude and snappy. They said they would not process my refund until the flowers were picked up and returned... Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them or ever use them again! read more

I called the next day and the following 5 days leaving messages, leaving my name and number with multiple other people. I never received a call back from the owner Margaret who they told me I needed to speak to. I finally spoke to her on the 5th day she was nasty told me she was sick and told me they thought it would be ok to just change them. I read a review on here that called this place a scam and that's exactly what they are. I ordered my mom pink roses and a box of chocolates for her on Mother's Day and they never sent my mom either one. Instead they called me at 630pm at night on Mother's Day to tell me that they didn't have my mom's flowers but they would give me something else for the same price and didn't even offer me a partial refund for the inconvenience. They ended up NOT giving her the chocolates and for the flowers gave her these cheap looking flowers that looked like they pulled them from the backyard without any fillers or trying to make it look like a nice arrangement and I paid $100! They still have not refunded me since they never gave me the chocolates and because they gave me cheaper flowers. I am planning on calling the Better Business Bureau and reporting them. But beware of this place and don't order from them! I am always trying to support small and local businesses but this place steals your money and it's not right. read more

Their website said, "There is still time. Order now for Mother's Day." So I placed my order, only to get a message a few hours later saying they had no flowers and no drivers because it's Mother's Day. When I called back the woman I spoke with seemed very disinterested. When I asked why the website had a huge banner saying they could fill Mother's Day orders she said she couldn't do anything about that. I suggested she have the person in charge of the website take the sign down and again she seemed very disinterested. (The sign is still up at 1:30pm on Mother's Day.) The woman I spoke with never offered anything else to make up for their mistake and only gave a very perfunctory, disinterested apology. I can't comment on the quality of their arrangements because my mom never got one. I get that they were swamped and that the woman I spoke with was probably exhausted because it was Mother's Day, but I don't understand why they didn't make any effort to correct their mistake or why they didn't take their false advertising seriously. read more
