Instead of honoring it, he claimed it was an "old model," pushed a pricier one, and said mine "might not be in stock." Only when I was about to leave did he check--and suddenly there was a shipment coming. When he finally started the order, he quoted $2,100. I showed him the exact Goman web page again. He said he "couldn't find it," and I literally had to guide him through their own website. After talking to the manager, he agreed to match the $1,999. Then I showed him Home Depot's $1,895 price. His response: "Grab it." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Told the manager. He brushed it off as a "wrong model" mistake--completely false, since the salesperson had already confirmed the correct model. Manager said they'd match Home Depot, but wanted $199 + tax for delivery/removal, which Home Depot includes. I walked out and bought it at Home Depot. Misleading price-match promise, evasive behaviour, and disrespectful service. Definitely not going back.

As this hood has no name on it AND I had no paperwork after all these years, I took a chance on calling them. Well, I spoke to Theresa at Goemans. She asked for my phone number and.....bingo. She checked her computer, found my sales invoice and forwarded it to me. With that info, I was able to download a manual and determine both how to change the bulb and what bulb was needed. New bulb has now been installed and all is working as expected. After sale customer service? 10/10 so thank you !

That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful. "Prince" is the salesperson I spoke with. He is not trustworthy.

Great solution, except I already spent 3 months trying to get a hold of them to get the correct parts with no response. What a joke.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

However, trying to find where I needed to go wasn't easy, the dust dirtied my car and I had to personally lift all 5 - 105lbs patio stones into my trunk. The stones were nice looking but ended up being the wrong colour. I kept the receipt, assuming I could return like I have in the past at Home Depot. However, as I called the gentlemen, an understatement at best, the man who picked up sounded and also acted like the boss, it may have been so. I explained, I was in yesterday and bought the patio slabs but they aren't the right ones. I asked if I could return them and he said no with a negative tone. finally, he offered me store credit which is not what I want. They pay the boys who lift these heavy stones most likely minimum wage and I ha for lift myself. After that experience he has lost me as a customer, sparked a negative review and will lose business from not only me but my entire family and some friends in Oakville. I was born and raised here along with my mother. We are involved in work which could provide business for million dollar mansion owners. However, Agram's will not be getting the contracts that's for sure. treat people right and don the right thing!
