Immediately, they offered to refund on most items, however, I bid on the items because I wanted the items. They were not helpful in locating or resolving the issues. Many of these items, I was told they had been taken to their home and they would locate them and be in touch. Zero follow up and I had to make all of the phone calls. Things appeared deceptive and a resolution was not to be found. I call this theft or stealing. I feel like people need to know what is going on in their business, because I know I am not the only one who did not receive items that were bid on and paid for. First a 3 wheel bike that I've been looking for a long time for a fair price great pictures and post to find has a busted wheel and no a new bearing wasn't going to fix it , now heavy duty rackes 30.5x24.5x60. Well 30.5 x 10x60 not exactly the same 10 inches looks considerably different than 24.5. And if you're going to post 24.5 might give the impression that someone measured it. Don't get me going on heavy duty . In all fairness I've found some great finds at there auction . But to drive to the house to preview then drive to pick it up is another 20 dollars . So if you're going to post it get it correct . That was two burns in a row ..Not cool . I payed top dollar for those .

To be honest there really wasn't much to be done but we had a lot of questions because we didn't know what to do. They were both very patient with us and made it a smooth process. The gentleman behind the counter that went to retrieve the vehicles was really friendly as well. Plus the location itself is a very clean and bright. They also sell vehicles on consignment so if you're looking for something then you might want to check this place out.

After my mother passed, we were left with two storage units of her home goods as she was in…read moreassisted living. We set up an appointment with Shawna at Golden Goose, and my brother and I went to meet her at the storage unit location. After waiting for 30 minutes past the scheduled time and leaving a voice mail for her, we decided to go about the rest of our day. Shawna called my wife and was very apologetic saying that she had wrote down a different time and date. We rescheduled with her for the following week. This time 5 minutes or so past the appointment time, my wife called me to tell me that Shawna had called her to let her know that she had a nose bleed and was going to be late and that was if she could make it at all. I called Shawna and explained that we were waiting at the units and she agreed to come after she got her nose to stop bleeding. When she arrived she looked over the units very casually, took a couple pictures without moving anything out, and told us that she would have the contract drafted up and to us later that afternoon, and that they would get everything out by the end of the month (June). We did not see any quote or contract come through that day, the next day, or even the next week. I eventually called her to see what was going on and Shawna told me that her business partner had looked over the pictures and determined that they did not want to move forward. I explained that that would have been good information to have days ago as now I am paying another month of storage fees after Shawna had told my wife, brother, and I that it was all good and they would get the stuff out before the end of the month. She said that she was looking for other estate sales companies that she could refer us to, but failed to let us know that there was going to be an issue with what we were originally told. I feel as though the whole thing was nothing but red flags, but we wanted to support a local small business. We will still support a small business, just not this one. This whole debacle was handled poorly, with little to no communication, professionalism, or tact.

They're getting stuff for pennies on the dollar and it's basically all profit for Musick, not unlike for profit "thrift stores." Musick apparently doesn't do any due diligence to try to get sellers the best prices they can and apparently set no reserve prices or anything and they have no incentive to do so! If stuff doesn't sell or if it does, they still get half and they keep the rest and sell it otherwise! They do not return your stuff that doesn't sell or that they let go for pennies on the dollar. And there's not good customer communication with sellers or this wouldn't be such a big shock!!!

Gary the owner is absolute trash! He came into our home we are trying to refinance asking us what…read morewe intended to do with the appraisal he said and I quote "don't tell the bank I'm asking these questions because I just like to help people." Gary had no intention on helping us at all. Gary also mentioned a 1200 square foot house on the corner of our street that was not remodeled that just had sold for 380k. He also mentioned he could give us between 375k and 450k just depended on his opinion. It also took over a week for him to submit his appraisal. He literally based his appraisal off our home zestimate (Zillow) report which is as trash as he is as we have remodeled the home from top to bottom. Including a new hvac, roof, electrical panel, as well as new flooring, a complete kitchen remodel, all bathrooms updated, new led lighting (including under cabinet lighting) and new exterior/interior doors. Gary did not even ask to see where our hvac system was, or furnace, or our water heater, or where our washer and dryer was located. Gary failed our first appraisal due to the outside paint of our 1973 built home having exposed wood. My husband and I expressed to Gary that we were going to eventually side the whole house which is why the house paint job looked the age of the home. Gary appraised our home for 402k the zestimate(Zillow) report appraisal is 391k! The kitchen cabinets alone were over 10k. Our home could easily sell for over a half million dollars it has no HOA and is over 2000 square feet on a quarter acre lot in central Boise, 4 beds 2.5 baths. Gary is awful so is his work ethic. If you are working with a lender who uses Gary as an appraiser or his company please RUN. Do not allow him into your home.
