I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

This joint is so much fun. You walk in and you're instantly bombarded with all these fun goodies to look at. Candles, socks, mugs, candy, stickers. As much as I needed that drink, I had to look and touch everything first! I love all the fun things they have out. You can literally spend a good hour checking out every piece of retail available! It was hard not to pick, touch or smell everything! Made my way up to the counter. The first thing you notice is all the baked goods. The display case was full of delicious treats. Every pastry looked divine. That's one thing about Flying M, it's a guarantee that your baked goody is going to be out of this world tasty! I have yet to have a bad pastry at a Flying M. It was finally my turn to order my drink, everyone came in all at once. I was greeted by a handsome smile. I ordered my regular drink when I spec out new spots. So today I got an iced americano with sugar free chocolate with room for cream. I made sure it was a large, I needed a good jolt of caffeine. Bro, this americano was money. The espresso was strong and not watered down. I added the cream so it was the perfect amount. I did add a couple packets of Splenda cause the espresso was not shy in this drink. It was so good! I sat outside and enjoyed it. It was the perfect day to enjoy an iced coffee under the warm sun. Flying M downtown Boise should take come customer service pointers from this joint. It's night and day. I stopped going to the Flying M downtown because the customer service was so inconsistent. Some days they were so nice and then some days the baristas were so rude. I had such a great experience here. The venue is fun. The gentleman that helped me was so nice! My drink was on point! I'm happy I stopped in today. Looking forward to coming back and getting another amazing iced americano.

We have been renting out our unit here for the past 2years. I called about a week ago asking what…read morewould happen IF we moved out early since we paid for the full month. He explained that we would get a credit. Since I don't need the credit I planned on staying through the month. Then I get a call a week later asking if I was still gonna be out by that upcoming Friday. I then explained to him that no I wouldn't and I was planning on having the unit the rest of the month. He literally said "no problem take your time as we have a family from a different state trying to get in" Two days later (today) we had someone clear the rest of our unit out and I was told that they saw the employee go into the unit as soon as they left. So I called the employee who is Joe and he claimed that I had gave him the go ahead and move us out. When in fact I did not. He told me the unit has already been rented out and if we still need a unit we can rent a new one. I know for a fact that I did not give him a day that we were going to be out and we were going to take our time as we had the whole month. And I told the same thing to the guy who called the second time. Joe then said "I assumed since your unit was empty, you guys were done" HE ASSUMED. The voice recording says it may be recorded and I would love to hear our recording. JOE is horrible and will give away your unit if you call and inquire questions.

I reserved a unit, went to the location to sign all the paperwork and pay.  1) There's a $20…read more"administrative fee" that they don't tell you about until after they've processed the charge. 2) This chain REQUIRES you to purchase insurance from a vendor they've selected (even though their website says insurance is optional if you have personal property insurance via your homeowners' or renter's policy).  3) They cancelled my contract and locked me out of my unit when I suggested they fix their website to agree with what they're actually doing. I've contacted an attorney re: their breach of contract.  Be careful dealing with these folks.
