I…read morehad a roofer come out and paid him enough to temporarily stop any leaks, thinking it would take a while before all the wind and hail damage could be fixed. But Tower Hill responded quickly to my claim and paid all but the deductible. They even paid me for what I paid the roofer to do the temporary work. And when the work ended up costing more than they originally approved, they paid that as well and I got a whole new roof. If making a claim doesn't make the rates go up, then I am very pleased.
