But Tower Hill responded quickly to my claim and paid all but the deductible. They even paid me for what I paid the roofer to do the temporary work. And when the work ended up costing more than they originally approved, they paid that as well and I got a whole new roof. If making a claim doesn't make the rates go up, then I am very pleased.
