Denise was really wonderful -- she told me what rate she would get, how her prices would likely compare to my lender, and very quickly threw together a fee sheet. The rate was even better than the initial quote I'd gotten from the lender I'd been working with -- which was already pretty low. She then went to bat for me and locked in the rate she promised -- even though mortgage rates were starting to trend upward. If you're shopping around for a mortgage, give Denise a call. Do not rent from her, working with her was an absolute nightmare.
