I had my garage floor done. Communication on their part is awful. I had to call multiple times to a…read morevoicemail (Lou) in order to get on the schedule for a quote. Finally I called Mike. He came out and was very nice, professional and gave me helpful tips not related to the job. I sent in my deposit and waited for 3 weeks before giving Lou a call since he apparently does the scheduling. Lou isn't good at calling back (see first multiple attempts for quote). Again, I had to call Mike to get any response. Lou then called back and got me on the schedule within the week. Pro tip - only deal with Mike. Come the day of work, the two-team squad came over an hour late. At one point their grinder broke and had to be replaced that day. Later that afternoon, the two guys started to REALLY argue with each other - it was embarrassing, and the older gentleman told the younger one to go home and "he'll find a ride - JUST GO!!" About an hour later, another team came to pick up the older guy and clean up. To be honest, the younger one definitely seemed to be slacking most of the day. Anyways, the older guy came to the door and said they couldn't finish today (he did not tell me what happened, even though I knew) and that someone will call later to say when they'll be back out. There was no guarantee they would be back the next day! What?? So... back to you know who, Lou - because he's the scheduler. Fancy that - no call that night. I called Lou the next morning and asked what's going on -- again, on VM. Does Lou ever answer his phone?? At 11am, another crew was at my house - no call or anything. I was out running errands and left the garage open - good thing! They finished up and the outcome looked really good. However, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and this wasn't perfect. There's noticeable areas where the clear-coat is thicker than other spots. They said it would be level but it's not. They also scuffed up my walls - thankfully in areas that will be hidden. The ONLY reason they got 3 stars is because of the finished product. If everything else was handled better - 5 stars. Overall, they were much cheaper than the competition and so dealing with the hassle for the price was OK to me. Perhaps that's their motto? Oh. Lou called me that afternoon to make sure his team came by to finish up. It was a quick call, just to verify, and never apologized or asked how everything was. This company gives the impression they just want to turn and burn as quickly as possible - proper customer service is non-existent outside of Mike. I do really like my "new" garage, though.

We spent $20,000 on them windows and now we can't claim as a home improvement on our taxes because they aren't qualified by the government. They are Energy Star BUT in 2023 the government changed something with the glass. Champion windows are like 1% under the requirement. The sales rep never said one word about that. PLUS fact it took 4 tries to get all the right windows. The first 5 that were installed were the right ones. The second installed ones were all double paned when we ordered triple pane. The third time a few were the right ones, one didn't even fit any window and they didn't sent the big picture window glass. Finally the fourth time we got there right one. THAT TOOK 6 MONTHS UNTILL WE FINALLY GOT CORRECT WINDOWS! The windows are great but the company sucks.
