If you go and have it resolved on your own, it voids the warranty. So damned if you do, damned if you don't. Master bathroom shower leaking and destroying woodwork. The came to fix the issue over a 3 month period and finally had it all fixed(?) and all the woodwork replaced only to have the shower continue to leak and do it all over again. No one will call me or talk to me from Centra and there is no way to get an actual person on the phone.
