We contacted Touchdown Tile for installation services but also because we saw on their website, they offered tile products. We had considered a lot of tile and also needed an installer. Reis responded immediately to our request for a proposal. We showed him a tile we were considering and explained concerns to him about the tile samples we were considering and lack of total satisfaction. He told us he may have a tile we might be interested in and documented our site information. He got back to us later that day with a proposal and informed us he had a tile for consideration. He came back the next day. We were pleased with the tile he selected for consideration and the quality was better than the tile we had been looking at. They laid the tile in a herringbone pattern which worked well with our floor plan. Touchdown Tile did a great job, the tile was nicely fitted around our kitchen cabinets so we didn't need quarter round molding. Reis suggestion with our laundry room was a perfect solution. I have other tile work I want to do and will use Touchdown Tile again. Reis was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive, fair and honest. read more

They did an absolutely fantastic job. So I called them again. I have a beautiful home. But I like burning candles. One of them burned through the wood mantle on my fireplace. Cleaned everything up when completed. We worked with Kyle and he constantly kept in touch to let us know of a delay or just an update to the plan.
