When the wind storm of February, 2021 blew down my street side fence and the one between my neighbor's house and ours, we checked 3 or 4 companies for replacement, and choose Cordell Fence. Because they had such a great rating on Yelp and so many fences to repair or replace, we had to wait until May for Cliff to get to ours. It was well worth the wait! They did an excellent job, quickly and efficiently removing the old fencing and replacing the fencing to our Homeowners Assoc. standards. It looks great. Then, the New Years Eve storm took out our fence between our house and another neighbor's house. I quickly called Cliff, and his wife scheduled us for only 2 weeks later. Yesterday, Cliff and his men arrived about 8:30, and by 3 PM, they had removed the old fencing, built the new fence and replaced 2 gates! Worst customer Service I have ever experienced. I called scheduled an estimate on 3/5 , the tech arrived and was extremely rude and demanding over the phone. Then took measurements and left the property without any communication of next steps . Called dispatcher Nikki and explained the situation, she first was apologetic then proceeded to tell me she doesn't know who she sent to my property so I could make a formal complaint.
