During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. I reached out to him late on a Friday afternoon regarding gate and garage door opening solutions. I wanted to be able to have a keypad and bluetooth control options for gate and garage. I would've been happy to just start a conversation and schedule something for the next week but to my surprise Avi managed to fit me into his schedule that evening. Further to my surprise, Avi was able to assess and outfit my gate with a solution on the spot (he had the parts on hand). The garage door opener needed a separate part which he didn't have on hand but he was able to get it first thing on Monday - he probably would've got it faster but the parts shop was quite reasonably closed. To have a solution for the gate and garage in the span of a couple hours was priceless to me when everything else has been a headache.
