I had lots of redwood boards installed for a fence and two gates about eight years ago by Classic Fence. I get a lot of compliments on them and I absolutely love my two gates and fence with the board on board look for complete privacy. As time went on I noticed some boards became loose or rotted so it was time for some repairs and replacements. On Friday, July 10, 2026, Isac & German dropped by to do the work. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. A week later (Friday, July 17, 2026) I noticed the side gate was not easy to open and close, so I called Classic Fence. It turned out the repair crew was nearby and would arrive within an hour. Sure enough Julio arrived, made some adjustments and replaced a part of the gate. Thank you!!! I actually used yelp and how I felt about their website as a guide and I'm glad I did. They did a great job of both describing to me what the job would look like, and also working with me to try to fit the design in my head, with the reality on the ground. The work crew that came were awesome and the poor guys had a hell of a time. Full disclosure, our yard is large but old, with old pipes and a pool as old as the house but no blue prints of where those pipes are. During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. They worked through it all, came up with options and solutions, and were polite and energetic in the execution of it. I cannot say enough about those guys and I really appreciated their work. Some things just cannot be helped, but it's how a company and it's crew react - and they were all awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again at some point in time. At the time that I researched and found Classic Fence Co., we were in desperate need of a specific amount of fencing area in the backyard that needed to be replaced urgently. There were neighbors on another street with a home that backs up to ours (yard to yard) and although we both had a wooden fence between the yards, they started to breed Pitbull/Rottweiler puppies, and although I am a large dog lover, these adult breeding dogs started to chew on the old mutual wood fence between yards until holes would appear and subsequently, the puppies were able to squeeze thru and actually attacked our Boston Terrier within our own yard!!!! We were home (thank goodness) to witness, report, communicate and so forth with this incident, but, a solution had to happen very quickly. It was swiftly determined that they would NOT help with the costs of putting a new fence between yards, and even claimed this attack didn't happen, but, aside from the background story.... Our first point of contact was Tom G. who came out as our estimator and initial contact person. We went over budget, designs, materials, and the issues at hand, and by the end of all that, we selected their Bufftech style that is a seamless and very protective design. Sound restrictive, wind resistant, weather resistant, and all around perfect. The Bufftech style (pictures included) is pretty expensive considering the type of material that it is, but the result is a flawless style, full on privacy and we never had to worry about dog attacks again! First step was getting a quote - Ruben came out and was such a nice guy, knowledgeable and gave us ideas on the project. He showed us photos as examples of their other projects, did exact measurements of the area, had some recommendations but was open to hearing what we had envisioned. Ruben sent the quote by end of business day as he promised, and it was very clear and concise. Once we signed and had a scheduled date, our neighbor agreed to pitch in on their side (yay!) and Classic reached out to them to deal with their end of the payment. Elsa, the office manager was professional, patient and kind, working with us and our neighbors to get everything in order by our build date. She reached out multiple times to get confirmation of payment from our neighbors, to let us know a survey crew was scheduled, and sent a helpful reminder email on how to prep the backyard so the crew would be ready to go come build day. On the day of construction, Elsa accompanied the crew and we did the walkthrough together to confirm the plans and scope of the project. The two young men working (agh I didn't get their names!) to build the fencing were polite, and extremely hardworking. They arrived at the time stated, worked all the way through the day in 90 degree heat, super efficiently and masterfully. Both days were the same, and as they were leaving they did a final walkthrough with me and I told them it was perfect. After completion of the fencing, the split invoice was sent and Chris, the Customer Solution Manager, checked in to see how the project went. I felt taken care of and listened to every step of the way. No price haggling or overpricing. Superior workmanship, excellent customer service and the project transformed our backyard. I am altering my review because it comes to light that this fence company is not what I thought. Apparently they put eight concrete slabs through my drain system.. The drain system goes right along where the fence was actually built. I will update this review with photos if need be at a later date but for now let me tell you that they did build a beautiful fence. The guy did tell me that the whole fence was treated, but it comes to find out that only the post were treated. Some of it it's already showing signs of decay. Anyway I would say don't waste your money and if you do you better watch these people very closely. That's what I should've done. read more
