Although I had been perfectly happy with the work of Cordova Mobile RV, that has now changed . . . .I have been trying to get some kind of response, other than being blown off, since this company went out of business earlier this year, and particularly since the early summer 2019, I have been trying to get the status of my so called repairs, so I can get them finished. "I've been trying to contact you since early summer to NO avail, to get the status of my "repairs" left undone or partially done; Mon is Dec 2, which is when I have the appointment with the RV tech. I have tried to,contact by text, phone call and even Facebook but NOTHING !" Several of the texts I have sent: "Including what was fixed on the washer/dryer; really I just need the status/info on all the things on my list PLEASE. Uh oh ! Something is missing ! Hopefully you still have it on your end, as I recall in addition to whatever I wrote, I also mentioned that I have an appointment to have some of the things fixed on the list on Dec 2, so I'll need the status and parts replaced ASAP ! Also due to a malfunction here in ND I've incurred numerous damage, thankfully the company will be paying for this, but since the rv will need to go into the shop, if possible I'd like them to replace the hydraulic line, so I need to be sure that the welder jerk will still PAY ! ! ! And what about the replacement done CORRECTLY battery box ? ? ? Will he pay for that, assuming I can find a reliable responsible welder here or on my way south ? ! ? ! Wendy, I'm sorry to be such a bother, but i REALLY REALLY want to get these repairs done; in addition my steps are stuck AGAIN ! ! ! due to the lousy job the welder did on my battery box, I truly do NOT think I should have to pay to get this corrected, the jerk welder should be paying for this, but I'm not hearing anything from you, as I recall you were going to contact the welder and get my status of "repairs" work done. PLEASE ! ! ! Wendy, are you ignoring me ?!?!?! I do not understand why you DO NOT RESPOND, have you changed your phone number again ? I would like to come by to get my stuff but don't want to waste a trip if it's gone. I HAVE TEXTED YOU, WRITTEN TO YOU ON FACEBOOK & EVEN CALLED YOU, BUT NO RESPONSE ! ! ! I see where you post things on Facebook, but you are blowing me off, WHY ? When I accidentally hit the truck, I obsessed about it for weeks until I was told how much and paid for the repairs right away; since I'm only asking for the pic of the microwave label and status of work incomplete, I would surely think you could get me that info, especially since it was lucky we didn't catch on fire due to the sloppy way my batteries were "installed" and the cost I HAD TO PAY to get them replaced and installed correctly !" Due to the inefficient AND sloppy way the batteries were installed they were bouncing ALL over the battery box, snapping off several of the posts and leaving live cables loose, causing me to purchase TWO more batteries, that I'd just purchased a couple months earlier ! and we were in danger of catching on fire, I sent MS Cordova a pic of the batteries, she expressed concern at the time, but now NOTHING. It seems she has also blocked me on Facebook, all I want is to get the info on the status of my repairs and NOT to have to make a wasted trip for my stuff if it is even there ! Was not advised of $140.00 'service call' when I made an appointment to have my RV looked at. Basically got no actual 'service' for $140.00. Some guy came out and told me my refrigerator was broken and the converter was broken. It took him twenty minutes to do that. I asked him to fix three broken lights inside the RV, but he wasn't able to fix them and gave me no actual diagnosis, he shrugged and said maybe a switch was broken. The guy also said the converter would be about $350.00 for the part; and he had a used fridge he needed to test that he could sell me for about $400.00. With labor and parts it would cost 'about $900.00' all together. After I found out I was being charged $140.00 to get the estimate and service call, I asked if I could get a credit toward the $900, and he said maybe, I would be getting a call from a lady with a full estimate. The next day I got a call for the full estimate and it was over $1,075.00. I have no idea why it went up from $900, to $1,075.00. I told the lady I had priced out the converter online, and had found one for $110.00, not $350.00. She told me the $350.00 was for the 'exact' part replacement, not an alternative part that may be cheaper. I told her I didn't want the converter (the converter in my RV seems to be working) and it appears the price was not good. I asked for an estimate on just the fridge install. She told me it was still being tested, but would get back to me. The next day she did not get back to me. The following day I called, but received no answer and the voice mail box was full. The following day I called again and got no answer and the voice mail box was full. I did not try calling over the weekend and called the following Monday. The lady answered and sounded surprised to hear from me. I asked about the fridge, and she told me she would need to call me back, she wasn't sure about the status of the fridge. By that point I had lost all trust in the business - the calls that had not been answered, the high cost of the converter, the vague references to the used fridge that needed 'testing' - I stopped contact with the business. Ok update on Cordova mobile RV services. Original post had one star because it had been 6 weeks & nothing. I was angry because of no updates. Yes it took about 2 months but problem fixed. Found them very pleasant as well. The part needed took a LOT of time to get here. When they did get here they were awesome answering many questions I had about my rig. Most are things that I can do myself so I appreciate that a lot & won't hesitate to call again if I need help. read more

I have called several times to see about having work done on my 2 campers. Every time I call there is no answer. I left various voicemails and was not called back. I finally gave up and took my trailers over to Rocky Mountain RV in ABQ. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!! read more

I put a lot of money into having my roof done. Eric said it didn't need to be replaced just re-coated with an expensive coat that a guaranteed with fix the problem with my leaks. After it was done all the lakes I had were still there, he came back three or four times with roof tape and caulking but no change it still leaks. After that Wendy said he wasn't going to try and fix the leaks anymore and that The roof needed to be replaced. You said before the roof was OK but just need to be resealed. I told him I could not afford to replace the whole room after the money I put into recording it. Wendy said. Don't worry about it we'll take care of it . Almost a year later now and I still haven't done anything about it. After trying to call no answers ,saying they're getting the material, called once and made an appointment to come over and do it and never showed up, and now don't answer or return my calls. These people are crooks and don't stand behind their work or do what they say they're going to do. read more

Called to have my RV awning fixed and a new gasket for my toilet. Julio and Wendy came out. Julio looked at my awning and said I needed a new spring. Took him 2 minutes. Looked at my toilet and said I needed a new gasket. Took him 2 minutes. Measured one awning strap and said they would order parts. Wendy said she would call me tomorrow Sat. And let me know. Never did. Called her and got message machine We extended our stay at the RV park for a week. She called Monday and said parts were on order and would be here Friday. Waited all day for them to show. No call or nothing. At 4:00 PM I called and actually got through to Wendy. She said they were waiting for UPS. I told her we were waiting all day. Why didn't she call? She gave me a phony excuse and said she would call me back right away. 15 min later Julio comes screeching into my site and started screaming at me. I told him what he could do with his parts. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of attention I received from Cordova's and especially the high cost of this lack of attention. I called to schedule an estimate for an install of MCD shades in the cockpit of my RV. I was told there was a $65 service charge. The labor rate to install the shades would be $95/hr. The guy who showed up to do the estimate led me to believe it would be a major reconstruction job to install the windshield shade system. Not only did he not instill in me the slightest confidence he could actually do the job, he made me think this was a major challenge for him. On top of that he charged me $185 for 15 minutes of measurements. I told him I wanted him to email me a written estimate. Seven days later---no estimate. When I called he told me he needed to return to take some additional measurements. After his additional measurements I once again asked him to email me a written estimate. Three days later---still no estimate. I called again and was then emailed an estimate for nothing more than the cost of the shades alone that anyone can get from the MCD website with no mention of labor, shipping, tax or additional materials. Basically I paid $185 and got absolutely nothing but massive inconvenience and aggravation. I called and asked for a refund and none was given. Don't trust these people. Fast, reliable, quality service. I had some problems with my rv and had great friendly honest service.

Beware of this company. I paid $135.00 for their service call and one hour minimum service for my A/C unit. They told me I needed a new motor and a capacitor, and would get back to me on Monday with the cost. It's been two weeks now and no call from them even after I called them everyday for a week. Also as of 7/11/2016, I found out that they have no business licence in the city of Kingman to do business in that city. I was ripped off and don't like it. So as I stated earlier, BEWARE. read more
