At this studio there so many classes you can take but I opted for bungee fitness because why not! You know switch up the routine, get cardio in.... AND MAKE It FUN. Took an intro bungee class today with a friend and what a fun way to work out! Star is a wonderful person and a very good fitness instructor. She is a former gymnast so she is great at demonstrating correct technique. Definitely try this place, she also offers zumba and yoga but i have not yet tried those classes. read more

I signed up online to try a trial class at Core Bungee, and the booking process made it seem like the intro class was simply a "try it" session. At no point during sign-up or check-in did it clearly state that the trial would be paid, which was a bit confusing. After the initial 30-minute intro, the owner, Star, let me know the trial was $25 and offered a package of 3 classes for $69 and would wave the into class fee. I decided to go ahead and give it a fair shot and purchased the package. I returned the next day for a full class, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. The harness felt uncomfortable in certain areas, and the class itself didn't feel very cohesive. It may have been partly because it was a smaller group and adjustments were being made, but overall it didn't feel like the right workout fit. I let Star know right after class that I wouldn't be continuing and asked if a partial refund might be possible since I had only used one session. She kindly offered alternatives like Zumba or yoga classes, but since I already have access to those elsewhere, I declined. A refund wasn't offered. This review isn't about the money--it's more about transparency and customer experience. I would recommend clearly stating upfront that the intro class is paid, so there are no surprises. Not even 1 star. I chose this Core Bungee Fitness because I trusted the Yelp reviews.Honestly,I am in shock at how I was treated. I was so excited to try this class. My friends even asked me to go first and see if I liked it so we could all sign up together. I first booked an appointment for Tuesday, Sept 23 at 3:30PM through the studio's website.I received both text and email confirmations. When I arrived the instructor Ms.Star,seemed surprised and said she didn't realize she had a client. She explained that she runs two businesses (Core bungee classes and a plumbing company) and that the emails and texts got mixed up. She was rushed but had me quickly fill out some forms. Despite this rocky start, l asked if I could book a private class with her the following week. She confirmed with me personally for Sept 30 at 3:30 PM. Fast forward to today: while on my way to the studio, l messaged and called her twice -no answer. When I arrived and knocked on the locked door.She opened it while starting a workout with another client. She looked confused and even asked me, "What's your name?" I reminded her that l was there for my confirmed private session by her confirmation via her personal phone number! Only then did she remember me and said, "Sorry, everything got complicated." She told me to come back in an hour!?I was shocked. After confirming my appointment and all the communication, she had simply booked over me.She couldn't even bother to let me know beforehand. She apologized, offered to pay for my gas! The experience was ruined. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. This was disorganized, rude, and incredibly disappointing. You could have reminded me to send the payment via Zelle or Venmo, or let me know not to come until payment was received. * Instead of offering me just the cost of gas. It would have been fair to apologize and ask me to send the class fee right away. Then confirm the next available day and time. * As a teacher, athlete, and business owner, your handling of this situation did not feel fair or respectful to me. read more

I would just like to say that this is the only place I've ever continued to go back to. I have tried a million other exercise plans, places, programs, and it's because of the welcoming experience by Star In particular that I keep coming back. I absolutely LOVE bungee. It's fun and a super HUGE workout. You do wind up sweating and having fun at the same time but it goes by so fast!! Now, I saw this one star review by this Heidi person. Please don't believe everything you read!! This reads like a sad, no life, miserable person who just wants free services. Star has NEVER been unprofessional or unorganized OR rude, etc. I have been a client here for a year and a half, and that is just not the case. Heidi seems like she's just an unhappy person who can't face the fact that she may, just may be wrong. You know what? That's ok! Well, my girlfriend invited me, my daughter and her friend to go and do something fun and different. Little did I know we were going to Core Bungee and I was not sure how I felt about that. I can honestly say that after meeting Star, getting all strapped in and the introduction to what we would be doing, I was ready. Star made us feel very comfortable and started us off and within a short period of time I felt like I could fly. The session lasted about an hour and looking at the expressions on faces around me, we were all having a great time. I felt really good when we were done, but the best part was about to come. The Shakes, the best ever shakes. The next day, I could feel that I had gotten a good workout, even with the aches. I cannot wait to go back and do it again and again. read more

It's a one room studio. They are new and very nice! They have an app where you can schedule and buy their classes and other things. I think the design of the app could be better but it gets the job done. I did a spin class and it was very good! I have taken a few classes with Star at CORE... each time I progress, fly higher and gain more confidence while losing pounds too! I thought this was a crazy way to have fun... never did I realize what a workout it is!!! I have gained core strength, my legs, back and arms are thinner and stronger. My mental health is much clearer, the laughing and bonding with other clients is a bonus! Star's kindness, patience and inspiring life outlook is just what the DR ordered. I had the most fabulous time at this studio doing both laughter yoga and a sound bath, and I can't wait to try out the bungees, Zumba, and burlesque classes! What an incredible space for sisterhood and fun! My friends and I felt extremely welcomed and had a lovely afternoon here and we will definitely be back. Their slogan here is, "when you hate to exercise and you love to have fun," which I think is spot on. Bungee fitness was always something I've wanted to try and it did not disappoint! Star & Lisa were wonderful, I talked my sister in law into joining me for one of their first classes after opening and we had a blast. The studio is lovely and the classes perfectly sized so you feel comfortable learning and have the ability to have that one on one coaching + they instantly make you feel at home, really.
