Dr Kori and Dr Jon at Core Chiropractic have been a part of our family for over 10 years. About a year ago I was diagnosed with bulging discs. I had nerve pain down my arm. Really horrible pain! Dr. Jon and Dr. Kori are like none other! A little over a year ago I started going to see them and then I was in a wreck. I really believe that without them I would have been taking pain killers instead of feeling better. I was there pretty much everyday of the week for a while and now I am only there when I need it, which is not very... often. I saw Dr. Kori and she is wonderful. I first saw her when I was 38 weeks pregnant as my doula recommended her to me. She was very professional and kind. I was a little worried to go to a chiropractor while I was pregnant but she listened to my concerns and treated me well. I think she really helped with my pelvis discomfort. I like to think she helped get baby in the right position for a natural birth. :) I have visited other chiropractors in the past and did not have good experiences. I came to see Dr. Kori Sprintz for an adjustment durning my pregnancy, hoping that the Webster technique could help turn my breech baby. I have never seen a chiropractor in my life. My wife on the other hand has seen a few and is very picky about them. She started going here a couple of months ago and LOVES it! Dr John has been amazing with her, and recently when I had some back problems I started going. Dr John has been amazing for the small amt of pain I was in and the huge pain my wife has been in. The staff is excellent and you always get greeted with a friendly hello and first name! To me that is a big deal. An office that knows you by a first name basis. I've been going to Chiropractors most of my life and definitely know the difference between an okay Chiropractor and a great Chiropractor. Health For Life Chiropractors' are GREAT! When my girls and I moved here five years ago I went in search of a chiro and was lucky enough to get referred to Dr. Jon and Dr. Kori by way of my Naturopath in Seattle. I wanted someone that really listened to our needs, that was great with kids, that worked with the all of the systems of the body as a whole, and someone that was honest about our individual treatment plans. I was in a car accident in 2016 & hurt my hips, I went to numerous Chiropractors,physical therapy and nothing helped the pain or clicking in my hips. After about 7 months I was sent to an orthopedic surgeon and he scheduled my surgery about 1 month out. I was 21 at the time and I was very upset about getting such an invasive surgery I mentioned it to a coworker and she recommended Dr Jon, I put it off thinking "its only going to be fixed w surgery he cant help me" well 1 week prior to my surgery I decided to call and make an appointment I went in on my lunch break and lets just say Dr Jon did what all those other doctors couldn't do in 7 months he did in 1 visit.. I immediately felt relief I called to cancel my surgery that same day. I am still a patient I go in for adjustments every few months. I received excellent care from Kori after calling to make an appointment for a stubborn stiff neck. She took the time to work with me and give me the adjustment I was really wanting for which so many will shy away from doing these days and that's just a very thorough adjustment. Although I had other issues she wanted to try and correct, I had problems getting back in with the holidays coming and some other immediate issues. The person in charge of insurance also helped out by finding out that I was fully covered after the first visit, which was great news! I am so grateful to have found Health for Life. :) I was in a car accident in January and within the first week, I had headaches that turned into the biggest migraines at the tiniest noises. I had to ask my brothers to keep the TV super low at all times! It just hurt so much to listen to people talking to me. On top of that, I got dizzy and confused easily. I was having trouble remembering anything. I also had pain in my neck, shoulders, and lower back so bad it made it hurt to sit for 10 hours at work. I wasn't quite sure about chiropractic care at first because I have seen my sister go to the chiropractor week after week after week and not feel any better, I've seen her take numerous pills to help with her back. I didn't want to be like that. I wanted to get better. But the alternative of just going to my regular physician and being put on pills for the rest of my life didn't seem that great to me either. So I looked up chiropractors close to my house and made an appointment with Health for Life. I am so glad I did! :) My treatment included getting acupuncture on my shoulders and neck, getting massages on my lower back, and regular adjustments and it did just the thing. I'm feeling better, I can think clearly, I can remember, the headaches are gone, and most of all: my shoulders and back feel as good as new. My lower back does still have twinges of pain every once in a while but when I find a new job, I'll just have to keep coming in for adjustments because Drs. Jon and Kori were amazing. They treated me just like family. Even Heather was amazing. :) I'm just glad I found a chiropractic office that truly does care for how you're feeling and goes out of their way to help when you're not feeling the best. I'm extremely picky about who adjusts me-took 12 years of living in AZ to find someone I trusted. We absolutely love John and Kori! I prefer to be adjusted without the table drop as it stresses me out-no problem here. Every other Chiro I saw refused to adjust me like that, but not these guys! The atmosphere is relaxing, laid back, and very friendly. The whole staff is so warm and truly care about their patients. We can't always schedule ahead of time because of my husbands job, and they always get us in with no problem. A few months back I came in with back pain thinking I needed to be adjusted, it ended up being a kidney stone. I was literally curled up in a ball on the floor in the back room in agony. Kori was incredibly sweet, checking on me when she wasn't with a patient, and even had one of the girls get me some coconut water for hydration. It meant so much to me! I'll never go anywhere else as long as these guys are around. Can't recommend this place enough. read more
