My wife had a good experience but there were a few things that concerned us about the service. The biggest was that no x-rays were taken or even asked about, which is concerning that adjustments were done without that aspect. She has had major disc issues through the years including several falls and one that did cause a couple of fractures. The other issue we had is that no one said anything about our insurance and them being out-of-network so it wasn't until a few visits in and a plan of action created that it came out that our insurance didn't cover the services. The plan was going to be a few thousand dollars so we were not able to move forward with them. My wife reports that the staff was always friendly, the office was clean and organized. I went and did acupuncture with Nadine and after going a couple times and can definitely say it works. The massage an physical therapists are also amazing and Dr. Hicks the chiropractor is great and this business I would recommend to anyone and the service up front they are both so helpful and nice and helps the ambiance. I am so happy to find this place. It was recommended by a friend. From the moment, I read their vision and mission on their website which felt sincere, I felt comfortable enough to schedule an appt. Then I came to Yelp to read reviews and those were great but I was nervous after my last experience with another office in Gilbert on Lindsay RD. Let me tell you, I could not be happier to have found Ryken Wellness in Chandler. It is a bit more drive for me but so worth t. The office staff made me feel at ease immediately. They explained everything so clearly. I would refrain to mention the other Chiropractic office but I left a review for that office if someone is so inclined to find it so they don't fall victims of terrible service. That last office was really truly AWFUL. It felt like they would charge you for even breathing in their office and they truly did nothing for me, nor seem to care. Finally the day of my appt came with Ryken Wellness Chiropractic came and IT WAS SPECTACULAR. Everyone was so pleasant here and I never felt, pushed, ripped off or just like I was just another money source. They were respectful of my time and of me as a patient. Dr Ryken was very professional and thorough. I even got a short 10 minutes massage with the massage therapist before leaving the office. Bonus point!!!! Like they mention on their website, their services seem very affordable even without insurance. I immediately felt better after my first adjustment session and schedule another. I rarely leave reviews but this one is warranted. If you are looking for a well rounded chiropractic office, give this one a try. I am planning to keep coming here. You should too. Dr Ryan really knows his stuff! He's cracked me like no other chiro in the past. He figured out my hips were off and gave me a shoe lift. What a difference. I've been to many chiropractors. This store is further from my house than another that I sometimes go to, but I much prefer Ryken's. If it were closer, I'd go much more frequently. I like that the Doctor doesn't try to sell me on plans. I go in, he adjusts me, I pay and I walk out. Dr. Ryan Hicks is amazing! Not only is his bedside manor perfect and friendly, you can tell he knows his stuff and is good at it. Can't say enough about how great Ryken is. We have grown up with them since our kids were very young. It just keeps getting better and better and always improving their services and layout. The other day our daughter popped out her first and second RIB and was miserable. She complained about her shoulder though so it really threw us off. Unlike Urgent care who wanted her to Ice and take pills, Dr Ryan picked up on what was wrong right away. A few pops later and my daughter was so relieved. Dr. Ryan was very informative and gives you a visual look at what the problem is on your x-rays and lets your really feel involved in the whole situation rather then just having the doctor look at you and crack a couple joints. I needed immediate help, since I was at work and was not able to do anything with the pain I was having. I was able to get an appointment with in 30 minutes and back at work with in a few hours (being it was my first appointment and had to get all the basics out of the way to get going). With the service I received, there is no doubt in my mind that I will be back at his office the next time that I need to receive treatment. read more

AMAZING! Today was mine and my wife's first day. valley women had recommended coming here. Their customer service is amazing! Dr. Ryan was very gentle with my wife's adjustment and he also got all the right spots when adjusting me. He was able to give me recommendations on what to do with my lower back pain. After the adjustment we got a 10 minute massage. I also received a muscle stimulator for 5 minutes and the Hydro Massage for 10 minutes while my wife was getting her prenatal massage. Dr Ryan and his staff are great! They accept walk - ins, which is all my work schedule accommodates, are friendly and spend time with you, but still manage to keep wait times low. The best chiropractor anywhere! The receptionist is super nice. Dr Ryan is amazing. He talks you through what he's doing. He explains why it is necessary what is happening and makes sure you're comfortable with everything. He's a primary care chiropractor so he can send you for xrays or MRI's and help you find out what is needed to get better.
