They're rude and slow and expect you to wait for them, but they have 0 tolerance for other people not being EARLIER than the time they TELL THEM to be there. If you are supposed to be there at a specific time for their needs, THEY SHOULD SCHEDULE YOU FOR THAT TIME. Or at the very least put the "If you show up at the time we tell you to we will cancel your appointment and never see you again. Please show up 20 minutes earlier than the time listed in this text message. OR ELSE." I have never heard of a physician more concerned with the clock and their time than the patient. In addition, he has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a doctor's office. When I called they seemed very concerned that I was ill and made an appointment for me the same day. I had to wait about 30 minutes because Dr. Brezny was seeing an elderly lady and took extra time to talk with her family, but when he came in to see me, he afforded me the same time and attention.
