One day my father called me and asked where his ride was it was snowing that day and extremely cold outside and my father was literally out in the cold his rehab center forgot to send him someone to bring him back! I called looking for another means of transportation just so this never happened again. KC medical transportation was the first one I called and he wanted to know how he could provide the service I was looking for. I explained the situation and he offered me his "The White glove" service. He did it too. He was always there waiting for m father knowing he would be cold after dialysis warmup the vehicle so it was warm enough. I didn't have to worry about dad getting to and from any appointments I knew he was in good hands. They greeted him as if they were part of the family and made sure everything was okay. They were always available for any last minute appointments it wasn't any trouble for them. Kyle even put their phone number on dad's phone so he could call any time. You can't find people as dedicated as this company was. I highly recommend them to everyone needing transportation.
