It did take a while for our computer to get fixed but let me tell you it was so worth the wait but majority of the time was waiting for parts. We had a hp omen and took it to a different shop at first and had them put the guts of the omen into the new case so I could put a bigger liquid cooler in. Then that shop started telling me that they couldn't get the liquid cooler to work with the hp omens motherboard. So they sold me one of the motherboards they had and put it in. When I got it home it was reaching super high temperatures and sounded like a jet the whole time it was on. That computer shop did a horrible job and sold me a bad motherboard. When Jeff got into the computer he confirmed that the motherboard they sold me was bad. I regret us taking it to another computer shop and not just going to Jeff. Jeff was very understanding with what we wanted and what had happened. When jeff got into the computer we decided we wanted him to put everything into a new case and put in a different liquid cooler. When Jeff opened the computer up the whole thing was pretty much bad (not Jeff's doing though). The parts we ended up getting was a new case for more airflow (NZXT H7 Flow - CM-H71FB-01 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case), a bigger liquid cooler (NZXT - Kraken Z73 RGB 360MM Liquid Cooling System), a new power supply because the one I had the cables were to short to reach everything (NZXT C850 PSU (2022) - PA-8G1BB-US - 850 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold Certified ), four fans (NZXT AER RGB 2 - HF-28140-B1 - 140mm), led strips (NZXT Underglow Accessory, AH-2UGKK-A1, Two 300mm RGB LED Strips), and then I changed from AMD motherboard to a intel motherboard. The new one is NZXT - Z590 (Socket LGA 1200) USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard with Wifi. The processor we bought is a Intel - Core i9-11900K 11th Generation - 8 Core - 16 Thread - 3.5 to 5.3 GHz - LGA1200. Jeff communicated with us about everything and was very patient with us when ordering parts. He takes his time with his work and cares about everything he does including wire management. Jeff also helped carry the computer and parts to the car because my boyfriend could not lift due to having surgery a week prior. I can not express how thankful we are to Jeff for getting the computer fixed and how caring he is. He texted after we got it home to make sure we weren't having any problems and that we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend PC ParaMedix to everyone. From now on I will always bring my computer to Jeff. Do not take you computer anywhere else but Jeff (especially flux they don't care about there work or customers). His work is worth every penny and the time we had to wait was worth it.

    I do not shop Best Buy regularly like I used to but usually only when I need something I can't find…read moreanywhere else. Best Buy stores are well organized and their inventory covers just about everything involved with computers, phones, headphones, printers, gaming consoles and TVs. They also carry large household appliances in addition to DVDs and Gaming media. On this trip I was looking for a charging cable for a flip phone I bought at Walmart and according to their employee they no longer carry such an item. I knew Best Buy would have the item since it is a common type charging cable. One of their employees knew exactly where to find it and brought me directly to the correct cable. I think Best Buy's staff have become more knowledgable over the years. They also know their store's products better I have found. The store is always clean with unobstructed aisles. Staff will generally approach you and ask if you need assistance finding anything. Restrooms are available here. This plenty of free parking.

    After spending over$6000 with Best Buy Greenwood they send out an absolute Ahole to my home for…read moredelivery. He came in with an attitude. All he wanted to do was argue. He wasn't using the new wires, vent pipe etc that we had to pay for. He told me the door wasn't going to close if he used the one we had to buy. After a lot of back and forth debating what i had to say he did in fact put it on. Guess what, the door closed just fine. He had water running all over the floor and kept walking in it with his filthy shoes and leaving black mess all over the floor. I told him I needed to clean this up before he brought in the washer. He tells me I have 2 minutes. I asked why was he letting water run all over the floor. He told me to fix that. He said he's not doing anything that i ask him to do. He said he listens to no one. I was shaking and home alone of course. I just finished Cancer Treatments before our move. I also have severe heart disease. ThIs was the last thing i needed or expected. We bought everything from a young cordial young man, Tenacious. But, he was on his way for vacation. It was very hard getting through to anyone while this was all going on We have another technician coming out on Saturday when my husband is here to finish the install and to see what he did or didn't do. We also had a TV that he was supposed to put in our bedroom. He told me he wasn't doing anything with it and I told him good because you need to leave my home and my property and never step foot on here again. So he and his helper, who did nothing but try to help, sat the TV in out back hallway. I had ahold of the door and said now you need to leave. I tried closing the door, he pushes it open and the door pushes me into the wall. I put my hand on his chest I thought he was coming at me to hurt me. He said I'm going to take a picture of this I should've had my gun and I should've called the police on him. Best Buy is doing nothing except trying to give us in store credit. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH BEST BUY AFTER THEM ENDING THIS GOON INTO MY HOME AFTER SPENDING OVER $6000 WITH THEM. WE MAY STILL PRES CHARGES. THING IS THE GOON NEVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND BEST BUY WON'T TELL ME HIS NAME. I GUESS WE'LL JUST GO AFTER BEST BUY! I was so concerned for whoever they were delivering to next. HE BELONGS IN JAIL, WHICH I'M SURE HE'S FAMILIAR WITH, NOT IN CUSTOMERS HOMES!! His helper who I believe didn't speak English. Probably illegal, tried to apologize with hand gestures before he got into the truck.
